Windows Media Player won't recognize all of the music files that I loaded on my device, why? more
Your device will only recognize files types that it supports. Below are the supported file types:
  • Video format supported: WMV, ASF, MP4, AVI, and RM Real Media
  • Audio format supported: AMR, AAC, WAV, WMA, MP3
If your device is not recognizing the files, your library may need to be updated. Go to Start > Programs > Windows Media > Menu > Update library. This will start a scan that will look for all audio files on the device and update the library to show all compatible files.
How many email accounts can my device support? more
6 accounts; 1 Exchange and 5 POP3/IMAP4 accounts.
How do I access the camera function on my device? more
There are 2 ways to access the camera application on your device: by pressing the Camera button located on the lower right side of the device or Start > Programs > Camera.
What types of email does my device support? more
MS Exchange, IMAP4 and POP3.
How do I change my Camera capture mode function to take video? more
From within the Camera application, tap on the Arrow in the Upper left corner of the display to change the camera function (photo, video, MMS video, Contacts picture, Picture theme, Sport, and burst).
How do I access and use Windows Live Messenger on my device? more
Windows Live Messenger can be found under Start > Programs > Messaging > Instant Messaging. Tap the Windows Live Messenger Icon and enter in login information. **Check with your wireless carrier for applicable charges.
How do I send an SMS from my device? more
  1. To create an SMS message, go to Start > Messaging > Text Messages > Menu > New > Text Message
  2. Enter the 10 digit wireless number or select from your Contacts (Menu > Add Recipient)
  3. Enter message text
  4. tap Send…
How do I send and MMS from my device? more
  1. To create an MMS message, go to Start > Messaging > Text Messages > Menu > New > Multimedia Message
  2. Select as pre-made or custom format
  3. Enter the 10 digit wireless number or select from your Contacts (Menu > Add Recipient)
  4. Enter message text, attach media files
  5. tap Send
I have taken a picture and would now want to send it to my friend, how can I do that? more
From within the Camera application select, after you have taken the photo, select the email Icon and choose either send via MMS or email.
