- Verify that there is enough memory available on your device by going to: Start > Settings > System > Memory. Note: You need at least 5MB of Storage and Program Memory available at all times in order for the device to function properly. Most applications can be installed and run from Device Memory; try installing the application in device memory.If there is insufficient space, try installing on a microSD™ storage card.
