System hang and couldn't access to the system. Are there any other ways to do hard reset? more

Long press Navigation control Key and Volume Down button, at the same time, press POWER button then follow the screen introduction in order to back to default setting. Note: Device must be turned off before doing hard reset. Was this helpful? Yes | No
