- Can I receive two phone calls simultaneously? more

Your smartphone/PDA phone is capable of conference (multi-party) calling. However, before using the conference call feature, contact your wireless service provider to confirm if they provide such service.
- Select a contact from the Contact list, then tap Menu > Edit.
- Insert p plus the extension number after the contact's work telephone number (example: 11111111p2222), then tap OK.

Ensure that your device:
- is not set to flight mode.
- is receiving a good signal.
- phone settings are correct. (On a PDA phone, check phone settings in Settings > Personal tab > Phone > Services. On a smartphone, check phone settings in Settings > Phone.)

- Check if your location is within your wireless service provider's coverage area.
- Tap Start > Settings > Connections tab > Comm Manager, then make sure that Airplane Mode (or Flight Mode) is off and Phone is on.
- Tap Start > Settings > Personal tab > Phone > More tab> Fixed Dialing, then disable fixed dialing.
- Tap Start > Settings > Personal tab> Phone > Services tab. Select Call Barring, press Get Settings, then set the Block outgoing calls option to Off.
