Why doesn't the ringtone play after changing the USB connection type to Disk Drive? more

When you change the USB connection type, the original route of the ringtone will no longer exist. Please change the connection type back to ActiveSync or reassign the ringtone location. Was this helpful? Yes | No

How do I assign different ringtones to different contacts? more

You can only assign a ringtone to a contact that is saved on the device.

1. Tap Start > Contacts.
2. Select the contact and then tap Menu > Edit.
3. Scroll down to Ringtone and then select the ringtone to assign to the contact.
4. Repeat the above steps to assign ringtones to other contacts.
