How do I install Microsoft ActiveSync/Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC)? more
Insert the "Getting Started" CD that came with your device into your PC and follow the prompts. Note: The disk will detect what operating system you have and what sync software you have loaded. If you already have ActiveSync/Windows Mobile Device Center installed on your PC, it will not give you an option to install it from the disk until it has been removed from your PC.

Yes, you can use Bluetooth to sync with your PC via ActiveSync/Windows Mobile Device Center or another device which also supports Bluetooth. It is also possible to sync directly with an Exchange 2003 Server.
ActiveSync/Windows Mobile Device Center is not recognizing my device, what should I do? more
Be sure that you have not connected your device to your PC before you installed ActiveSync/Windows Mobile Device Center. If you did plug in your device before installing, uninstall ActiveSync/Windows Mobile Device Center and start the process over ensuring that you do not plug your device in until after the application has been installed.
Verify that your device is recognized by your PC in the Device Manager; if it is not, resolve that issue first.
Unplug your device from the PC for a few seconds and then plug it back in.
Perform a Soft reset on the device while it is plugged into the PC.
On the device, go to the Settings Tab>All Settings>Connections>USB to PC and change the setting.
I want to sync my device with my MAC, am I able to use ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center to do this? more
ActiveSync and Windows Mobile Device Center are NOT compatible with the MAC OS. While you are unable to use Microsoft ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center , there are 3rd party software that will allow you to sync with a MAC.
