What are the Data Network settings for my device using the AT&T Network? more

The GPRS settings can be found by going to Start > Settings > Connections > Connections and then Manage my Existing Connections.
The AT&T MEdia Net settings cannot be edited.

What are the MMS Settings for my device using the AT&T Network? more

The MMS Settings can be accessed on the device by going to Messages Tab>All Messages>Menu>MMS Options>Servers Tab. Tap on AT&T MMS or select New. Server Name: AT&T MMS
Gateway: wireless.cingular.com
Port Number: 80
Server address: http://mmsc.cingular.com
Connect via MEdia Net
Send Limit: 600K
