How do I access the Phone function on the device? more

When I enter numbers to make a call, I do not see a list of possible matches, something is wrong with my SmartDial feature. more

When you enter the first 1 or 2 digits of a number, the SmartDial feature will only search for a match in the Call History log. In order to search the SIM card, Contacts and Call history, you need to enter in at least 3 digits or letters. Was this helpful? Yes | No

Why does my device vibrate when a call connects? more

As a default, the device is set to vibrate when you connect to a call, either inbound or outbound.
This setting can be changed by going to Phone>Menu>Options>Advanced Tab. Was this helpful? Yes | No

How can I quickly switch to Speakerphone? more

How can I select which Contacts (SIM or Outlook) are shown on my device? more

Go the People Tab and select All people.
