What types of email does my device support? more
Microsoft Exchange, IMAP4 and POP3.
How many email accounts can my device support? more
Your device can support up to 7 accounts; 1 Microsoft Exchange and 6 POP3/IMAP4 accounts.***This is the maximum supported by the device. Adding a 3rd party email application such as AT&T Xpressmail does not give you more mailboxes; these applications use the existing mailboxes.
How do I setup my Email? more
From the Today screen, select the Mail Tab>New Account (or if you are adding more email accounts select Menu>Accounts>New Account). Enter your email information and the device automatically configures your Microsoft Exchange, POP or IMAP account.
How do I send an SMS from my device? more
To create an SMS message, select the Messages Tab.
Select Menu>New.
Enter the 10 digit wireless number or select from your Contacts (Menu>Add Recipient). Enter message text and tap Send.
How do I send an MMS from my device? more
From the Messages Tab, select Menu>New.
Enter the 10 digit wireless number or select from your Contacts (Menu>Add Recipient).
Enter message text.
Select Menu>Insert and choose the item to be inserted.
Tap Send.
I do not see the option for Reply all or Forward in either SMS or MMS. Is there something wrong with my device? more
If you want to Reply All or Forward an SMS/MMS use the following Steps:
Navigate to the Messages tab in TouchFLO 3D.
Tap on All Messages.
In the Thread list, highlight the message. Tap Menu>Reply All or Forward.
