How can I rearrange or remove TouchFLO 3D Tabs on my Home screen? more

On your device, go to the Settings Tab and select Customize Tabs. To move the tabs, just drag and drop the tabs into your preferred order. To remove tabs, uncheck the box to the right of the item. Please note that the Home tab cannot be moved or deleted. Was this helpful? Yes | No

How do I use the People application? more

People allows you create a shortcut to frequently called Contacts for easy access from your Today screen.
To add a contact to People:
Tap on the Plus sign in the People application (off to the right of the screen).
Locate and highlight the desired contact and then tap Select.
Select (by tapping) a picture to be associated to the Contact (optional).
You will then be returned to the main People screen where your addition will be reflected.
Note: If there is a picture already associated with the contact on your device, you will not be prompted to select one. Was this helpful? Yes | No

How to I set up Weather? more

The Weather application provides quick access to local Weather and forecasts from your Today screen.
To Add your city
Select Weather tab and then select Menu>Add Location
On the Select Country screen, browse through the list of countries or type in your country’s name.
On the Select City page, browse through the list of cities or type in your city’s name.
Note: Weather includes Major Cities Globally, NOT all ZIP codes are included and there is not an option to add more cities.

For additional options:
Tap Menu > Settings to change the Download Settings.
Tap Menu> Celsius(Fahrenheit) to change how the temperature is displayed.
Add Location: Use this option to add additional locations; this device can support up to 10 cities.

What is Programs? more

Programs allows quick access to favorite programs and applications with one-touch access from your Today screen.
Add a Shortcut:
Tap an empty shortcut slot (there are a total of 18 spaces; swipe up or down on the screen to see the other spaces).
Select and tap on an application from the list.
The new application shortcut is displayed on the Programs screen.

Delete a Shortcut:
Tap Remove in the lower right corner.
Shortcuts are displayed with an X on them.
Tap the application shortcut you want to delete.
Tap Done to return to the Programs screen.
The application shortcut is now deleted.
Tip: To replace a shortcut, first delete the shortcut, and then add a new shortcut.

How do I change my Today screen? more

If you have TouchFLO 3D enabled:
From the Today screen, slide to the Settings Tab.
Tap on Wallpaper and make your selection.

If you have TouchFLO 3D disabled:
Go to Start>Settings>Today to change the theme.
Go to Start>Settings>Today>Items tab to change the items that are shown on the Today Screen. Note: If you remove TouchFLO 3D from the items list, you will lose the features and functionality associated with it. Was this helpful? Yes | No

How do I modify my Date and Time settings? more

You can modify the Time Zone, Date, and Time on your device by going to tapping on the Time on your Today screen or by going to Start > Settings > System >Clock & Alarm. Was this helpful? Yes | No

How do I adjust the backlight on my device? more

Go to Settings Tab>All Settings>System Folder>Power>Backlight tab. As a Power Saving feature, the backlight and screen on the device are set to turn off 5-10 seconds after a call is connected. If you need to turn the screen back on while still on the call either remove the Stylus from its silo or press the Power button once. Was this helpful? Yes | No

My backlight goes out after about 10-15 seconds on a call and tapping the screen doesn't do anything. What can I do? more

The device, to maximize battery life, comes with a default backlight Time out of 10-15 seconds. You do have the option to modify backlight settings on your device however, on an active call the custom settings will be ignored and the back light will dim and go out after 10-15 seconds.

If you would like to turn the backlight back on, you may tap the Power button once or simply remove the stylus from its silo. Was this helpful? Yes | No

Something is wrong with my display; it goes dark after a few minutes of inactivity but my device is still powered on. What is happening? more

The device is going into hibernation. The device is still powered on, but the screen has gone to sleep to conserve power. To "wake" the device up, just tap the Power button once, open the slide or remove the stylus from its silo. Was this helpful? Yes | No

How can I change my Screen Orientation? more

The device comes with a built in G-Sensor (aka motion sensor) that can change the screen orientation based on the position of the device; this feature can be disabled by going to the Settings Tab>G-Sensor and disabling the Auto Screen Rotation. Was this helpful? Yes | No

My Screen alignment is orientation and/or alignment is off, how do I correct this? more

From time to time the G-Sensor may need to be calibrated in the event that the screen orientation and/or alignment is off.

To calibrate, go to the Settings Tab>G-Sensor and tap on G-Sensor Calibration.

Place the device on a flat, level surface and let it remain there until the Calibration process has completed. Was this helpful? Yes | No

My screen alignment is off (tapping on the screen registers in a different area of the device), what can cause this and what can I do? more

To correct the screen alignment, run through the Screen Alignment Process by going to the Settings Tab>All Settings>System >Screen>Align Screen.
