What is Domain Enroll? more
Enrolling in a Domain will connect a device with company resources and give the company access to turn on/off features of the device (such as not allowing SMS messages, allowing certain applications and not others, etc). You will need your email address, server address and the enrollment password provided by your system administrator.

To Enroll, using TouchFlo 3D go to the Settings Tab > All Settings > Connections > Domain Enroll.

Tap on Enroll.

Enter your email address and Password, tap Next and follow the onscreen instructions.
Does my device have built in voice recognition? more
This device includes Microsoft Voice Command. Microsoft Voice Command can be used to: Dial any number in your phone book without recording a voice tag. Open Programs with your voice. Choose a specific song artist/title to be played.

MS Voice Command Announces: Incoming voice call Caller ID/Contact info. Text Messages. E-mail sender & subject line. Upcoming appointments.

MS Voice Command Configuration options can be found under: Using TouchFlo 3D go tothe Settings Tab and select All Settings > Personal > Voice Command. Note: To use MS Voice Command, press and hold the Send Call Button and speak your command after the tone.
What is TouchFlo 3D? more
TouchFLO 3D is a new intuitive user interface that gives you control over the device with the touch of your finger. Use finger gestures to navigate programs, browse the web and flick through contacts, email, photos and albums.
What is Remote Desktop Mobile? more
Remote Desktop Mobile provides remote access to the desktop of your PC (running Windows Operating Systems) from your device.

With Remote Desktop, users can connect to their office PC from the field and access applications, files, and network resources as though they were in front of their PC at the office.

Requirements: Windows XP Professional Windows Vista: Ultimate, Business, and Enterprise Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 Windows Small Business Server

To configure Remote Desktop Mobile, Using TouchFlo 3D go to the Programs Tab, select All Programs and then Remote Desktop Mobile.

Enter in your Computer name, User Name, Password, and Domain for the Windows Terminal Server that you are trying to access and tap Connect.
What is Managed Programs? more
Managed Programs shows programs installed on the device by the users company via an Enterprise Server and cannot be manipulated by the user. Users can view Managed Programs using TouchFlo 3D by going to the Settings Tab > All Settings > System > Managed Programs.
What is Video Share Calling and how do I use it? more
Video Share Calling allows you to share one-way video with another wireless subscriber while talking on the phone! With Video Share, you can:

Capture live video, streaming that video to another Video Share subscriber in near real time. Record a live video stream that may be shared at a later time to other Video Share subscribers. Start and stop the video stream during the course of a call.

Requirements: Caller and recipient must have the Video Share Calling feature provisioned on their service; contact AT&T for assistance. Caller and recipient must be in a 3G coverage area. 10 or 11-digit dialing is required when placing calls. Using Video Share: Place a live Video Share call (using 10 or 11-digit dialing) to another Video Share subscriber. The "Video" button will be enabled after approximately 5-20 seconds. Tap the "Video" button to being establishing a connection. "Establishing Video Connection" will display until the recipient selects "Accept," then Video Sharing will begin.
What is Error Reporting? more
To help Microsoft improve their products, this device can collect information on software operation for later reporting in the event of a serious error.

Reporting this information when errors occur is completely voluntary and confidential; none of your personal information is collected during this process.

Error Reporting uses the data network to send information to Microsoft. Note: You do not incur data charges for this transfer.

User participation is optional; if the customer would like to participate they can us TouchFlo 3D to select the Settings Tab > All Settings > System > Error Reporting and check the box for "Enable error reporting".
I am unable to load a 3rd party application on my device. What can I do? more
Verify that there is enough memory available on your device by usngin TouchFlo 3D and selecting System Tab > All Settings > System > Memory. Note: You need at least 5MB of Storage and Program Memory available at all times in order for the device to function properly.

Some applications can be installed and run from a Micro SD card; try installing the application on a MicroSD card.

Some applications have to be downloaded to a PC and then be copied to your device in order to install them.

Verify that the application is compatible with your device, that you are following the installation instructions provided by the application vendor and contact the software provider for further assistance.
What is Worldcard Mobile and how do I use it? more
WorldCard Mobile uses the mobile phone camera to capture a business card image. It recognizes/sorts/exports contents to your devices Contacts efficiently.

To Use:
From the Home screen, slide to the Programs tab.
Tap on the WorldCard Mobile Icon.
Tap on the Start icon to open the camera.
With the device in the vertical position and the business card in view, tap the on screen capture button to capture the image.
Tap the on screen Back Arrow once.
Tap Recognize.
Verify the information and tap Export to save to your Contacts. Note: Due to the various Business card formats, some of the information may need to be edited before Exporting.

What Is Customer Feedback? more
Customer Feedback is a program that provides Microsoft detailed information about how you use your device (functions, applications, etc.)and uses the data network to send this information to Microsoft. Note: You do not incur data charges for this transfer. Microsoft then uses this data to make improvements to their products and applications.

User participation is optional; if you would like to participate, using TouchFlo 3D, go to the Settings Tab > All Settings > System > Customer Feedback and check the box for "Send Feedback".
Note: This program does NOT transmit any of your personal information to Microsoft; it only sends data on how your device is being used.
How do I use TouchFlo to navigate my device? more
You can use the TouchFlo 3D and the device Touch Screen to:

Navigate left to right: Press and hold your finger on the active tab, then slide your finger right or left over the tabs. Release when you have selected the desired tab. Note: Apply some pressure when pressing and holding on the active tab to be able to slide over the tabs.

Navigate Up/Down: To browse through pictures, emails, etc, swipe your finger up or down on the item on the screen

To Zoom in: Tap twice on the area to zoom in on that area or use the Zoom slider that is just above the Applicarion keys on the front of the device.

To Zoom out: Tap twice on the area to zoom out on that area or use the Zoom slider that is just above the Applicarion keys on the front of the device. Note: This function is only available in the following applications:
* Album
* Camera
* Opera Mobile
* Word Mobile and Excel
What is FM Radio and how do I use it? more
The FM Radio application (found by selecting the Programs Tab> All Programs>FM Radio), when used in conjunction with a Wired Headset, will allow you to listen to local radio stations on your device. While the Wired Headset is required to use FM Radio, you do have the option to route the audio to the handset speaker instead of the wired headset (Bluetooth is not supported).
What is TV Out? more
TV Out in conjunction with a TV Out Cable (not included with the device) allows you to output from your device to an external display.

To access TV Out, go to the Settings Tab>All Settings>System>TV Out.
How can I track stock on my device? more
Access the Stock tab from the Today screen. Tap on Add Stock. Enter the stock symbol or name and tap on the magnifying glass. Tap on the Stock Name and it will be added to your Stock tab for easy access. You can track up to 20 different stocks at a time on the device.
Note: The Stock service is powered by Y! Finance and may not be real time.
What is YPmobile with Navigation and how do I get it? more
This application helps you find local businesses, get maps and driving directions and save favorites on your device.

To get YPmobile, go to the Programs Tab>All Programs>Get YPmobile with Navigation. Tap on the DOWNLAOD IT NOW link.

Follow the onscreen prompts.
What is Search Widget? more
Search Widget is an application that uses Windows Live to quickly search for information using pre-set categories or information that you enter yourself. To use the Search Widget, go to the Programs Tab>All Programs>Search Widget.
