- The format in which the video was captured (the default is MPEG4) may not be supported by your current media player. - The issue is with the player that you are trying to use for playback and it not supporting the file format. The files are encoded with AAC for the audio and work correctly with players such as VSC and Apple quick time (older versions). Was this helpful? Yes | No

- There are 2 ways to access the camera on this device. From the Today screen, go to Photos & Videos and tap on the camera icon located on the upper right of the screen. Alternately go to Start>All Programs>Programs>Camera. Was this helpful? Yes | No
