Why can't I setup my email account? more
Please double check what information your email service requires to setup your email account. You will need to know the correct SMTP/POP3 settings, and may also need to find out the security type, ports, and if any domain names are needed as part of the username.
How many email accounts can my device support? more
Up to 1 Microsoft Exchange, 1 Gmail and 4 POP3 or IMAP accounts.
How do I set up my e-mail for POP3 or IMAP account? more

From the Home screen, touch the Applications button > select the Email Icon. Select Other (POP3/IMAP) > Type your e-mail address > touch Password and type your password > Touch Next. If you receive a warning message, read the message and touch OK. Type a name for your account > Touch Name and type your display name. Touch Done.

How do I send an SMS/MMS from my device? more

Touch the Messaging icon > Touch New message. At To, type the phone number or contact name. Contacts will appear as you type. Touch the contact > Touch the message field and Type your message. If you want to add an attachment (picture, audio, etc.) press Menu > Attach. Touch Send.

How do I access IM for AIM, Windows Live, and Yahoo Messenger on my device? more

From the Home screen, touch the Applications button > Select IM > Select the account > follow the login steps.

How do I access Google Talk on my device? more

To sign In and chat online: Press HOME, then touch the Applications tab, and then touch Google Talk. Select Next and follow the onscreen prompts.

How do I set up my Microsoft Exchange account on my device? more

From the Home screen, touch the Applications button > select Work E-mail. Enter your email address and password followed by Next. If everything has been entered correctly, the device will begin to sync Email, Contacts, and Calendar from your Exchange server. If not, Verify your email address, Server Name, Domain, Username and Password. Once everything is correct, touch Finish setup.
