How do I activate / deactivate GPS? more

From the Home screen, press the Menu key > Touch Settings > Touch Security & location > Touch Enable GPS satellites to turn on or off by adding or removing a green check mark in the check box.

How do I select the map mode? more

From the Home screen, touch Maps > Press the Menu key > Touch Map mode > Touch one of the following options: Map to display maps with the names of streets, rivers, lakes, mountains, parks, and boundaries. Satellite to display satellite images. Traffic to display maps with current traffic conditions.

How do I find my location? more

From the Home screen touch the Maps icon > Press the Menu key > Touch My location. Your location is shown on the map as a blinking blue dot surrounded by a circle.
