Using Your Phone as a USB Modem more

Get online with your notebook or desktop computer at any time, using your phone's wireless data connection.
Firstly, check the following:

• You have a wireless data connection provided by your mobile operator, and the connection is currently active.
• Your computer has Windows Mobile Device Center or Microsoft ActiveSync version 4.5 or later installed.

Then, follow these steps to connect your computer to the Internet via your phone:

1. Connect your phone to your computer using the USB sync cable.
2. When the Connection to PC screen appears,
3. On the device select Start > Tools > Internet Sharing > Connect.
4. Tap Ok.

The Internet Sharing program then opens and automatically connects your computer to the Internet. When you have finished using your phone as a modem, simply unplug the USB sync cable. Was this helpful? Yes | No

6. Press the Home key.

8. Tap Launch browser. You are redirected to the gogo inflight page.
9. Login or create a new account on the gogo in-flight page.
