Why can't I setup my email account? more

Please double check what information your email service requires to setup your email account. You will need to know the correct SMTP/POP3 settings, and may also need to find out the security type, ports, and if any domain names are needed as part of the username. Was this helpful? Yes | No

How do I write and send an SMS from my device? more

• From the Home screen, touch the Applications button.
• Touch the Messaging icon > Touch New message.
• At To, type the phone number or contact name. Contacts will appear as you type. Touch the contact > Touch the message field and Type your message.

How do I set up my e-mail for POP3 or IMAP account? more

• From the Home screen, touch the Application button.
• Touch Email >Touch Next.
• Type your e-mail address > Touch Password and type your password >Touch Next.
• If you receive a warning message, read the message and touch OK.
• Type a name for your account > Touch Name and type your display name.
