- A soft reset is similar to rebooting a computer. A soft reset procedure will reboot the phone. No data will be lost and settings will remain the same. Press and hold the red End key to turn the phone off > Press and hold the red End key again to power on the phone. Was this helpful? Yes | No
- What does a factory data reset (Hard Reset) do and how is it performed? more
- A factory data reset removes all information from your device and returns it to a state just like it has never been used before. Factory data reset will erase all your data and require you to sign in again and go through set up screens. This process will take around 5 minutes.
