- Something is wrong with my display; it goes dark after a few minutes of inactivity but my device is still powered on. What is happening? more
- The device is going into hibernation. The device is still powered on, but the screen has gone to sleep to preserve power. To "wake" the device up, From the Home screen, press the Menu key > Touch Settings > Touch Sound and Display > Touch and slide screen upward > Touch Screen timeout > Touch 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 10 minutes, or Never timeout > Touch OK. Perform a soft reset by power cycling the device. If the screen issue persists, perform a Hard Reset.
