- I am unable to load a 3rd party application on my device. What can I do? more

Verify that there is enough memory available on your device by going to: Start > More > Settings > More > More > More > Device Information > Hardware. Note: You need at least 5MB of Storage and Program Memory available at all times in order for the device to function properly.
Some applications can be installed and run from a Micro SD card; try installing the application on a MicroSD card. Some applications have to be downloaded to a PC and then be copied to your device in order to install them. Verify that the application is compatible with your device, that you are following the installation instructions provided by the application vendor and contact the software provider for further assistance.

The device includes Microsoft Voice Command which currently only supports English. Microsoft Voice Command can be used to:
- Dial any number in your phone book without recording a voice tag.
- Open Programs with your voice.
- Choose a specific song artist/title to be played.
MS Voice Command Announces:
- Incoming voice call Caller ID/Contact info.
- Text Messages.
- E-mail sender & subject line.
- Upcoming appointments.
