- Windows Media Player won’t recognize all of the music files that I loaded on my device, why? more
- Your device will only recognize files types that it supports. Below are the supported file types: Video format supported: WMV, ASF, MP4, AVI, and RM Real Media. Audio format supported: AMR, AAC, WAV, WMA, MP3 If your device is not recognizing the files, your library may need to be updated. Go to Start > Windows Media > Menu > Update library. This will start a scan that will look for all audio/video files on the device and update the library to show all compatible files. Was this helpful? Yes | No

- In the Music tab, touch Menu > Add to Playlist > Create new playlist > enter Playlist name, tap Done >
- Touch Library > Slide to Playlist tab and open playlist > Touch plus icon or Menu, then Add song > Select the music tracks you wish to add to the playlist, then touch Done.
- How do I play music that I have on my storage card? more
- Simply go to the Music tab, flip through albums and tracks to find the music you want to start listening to, and then touch the Play icon. Your phone searches for all supported music files automatically. Was this helpful? Yes | No
- How do I stream media files directly on the Streaming Media Player? more
- Start > All Applications > Streaming Media > Menu > Connect > Enter the complete RTSP link, and then tap Connect. Streaming Media starts playing the file. Use of this feature will require a data connection. Was this helpful? Yes | No

- On the Home screen, slide to the Photos and Videos tab and then tap the camera icon. After opening, press the Shutter icon located on the middle right-hand side to take a picture. The Show Nav icon will show in the bottom right corner. Tap Show Nav > Capture Mode > Set the Camera to Photo or Contacts Picture mode. Touch the area on the screen that you want to focus and the Touch Focus indicator will position itself on the selected area.
