How do I access the camera function on my device? more
From the Pictures and Videos tab of TouchFLO 3D and tap the Camera icon to launch the camera.
How do I change my Camera capture mode? more
From within the Camera application, tap on the Show Nav button then on Capture Mode button. Choose the desired capture mode.
What encoding format for video capture is supported? more

I have taken a picture and would now want to send it to my friend, how can I do that? more
From the camera screen, tap the Send icon and choose the method you want to send the image.
Windows Media Player won’t recognize all of the music files that I loaded on my device, why? more
Your device will only recognize files types that it supports. Below are the supported file types: Video format supported: WMV, ASF, MP4, AVI, and RM Real Media. Audio format supported: AMR, AAC, WAV, WMA, MP3 If your device is not recognizing the files, your library may need to be updated. Go to Start > Windows Media > Menu > Update library. This will start a scan that will look for all audio/video files on the device and update the library to show all compatible files.
How do I create a music playlist? more
  1. In the Music tab, touch Menu > Add to Playlist > Create new playlist > enter Playlist name, tap Done >
  2. Touch Library > Slide to Playlist tab and open playlist > Touch plus icon or Menu, then Add song > Select the music tracks you wish to add to the playlist, then touch Done.
How do I play music that I have on my storage card? more
Simply go to the Music tab, flip through albums and tracks to find the music you want to start listening to, and then touch the Play icon. Your phone searches for all supported music files automatically.
How do I stream media files directly on the Streaming Media Player? more
Start > All Applications > Streaming Media > Menu > Connect > Enter the complete RTSP link, and then tap Connect. Streaming Media starts playing the file. Use of this feature will require a data connection.
How do I use the new Camera application? more
On the Home screen, slide to the Photos and Videos tab and then tap the camera icon. After opening, press the Shutter icon located on the middle right-hand side to take a picture. The Show Nav icon will show in the bottom right corner. Tap Show Nav > Capture Mode > Set the Camera to Photo or Contacts Picture mode. Touch the area on the screen that you want to focus and the Touch Focus indicator will position itself on the selected area. Press the Shutter icon located on the middle right-hand side to take a picture.
What kind of media files can I stream with the Streaming Media Application? more
Tap Start > All Applications > Streaming Media Player. The Streaming Media program allows you to play 3GP and MPEG-4 files. It also supports playback of SDP (Session Description Protocol) files.
Where can I store my music files? more
Your device searches for all supported music files on your device in >My Music (including all subfolders) and >My Documents (including all subfolders). On your Storage Card you can put them in >Storage Card (including all subfolders)
