I am unable to load a third-party application on my device. What can I do? more

Verify that there is enough memory available on your device by going to: Start > Settings > All Settings > System Tab > Memory. Note: You need at least 5MB of Storage and Program Memory available at all times in order for the device to function properly. Some applications can be installed and run from the Device Memory; try installing the application on the Storage Card. How do I subscribe to new channels on my RSS Hub? more

Tap Start > Tools > RSS Hub, and then tap Continue. In the New Channel Wizard screen, select the Choose from a list of known Channels option, and then tap Next. A list of RSS channels is displayed. Select the checkboxes of the RSS channels you want to subscribe to, and then tap Finish. The channel list appears. Tap Refresh to update the channels.
