How do I install software applications to my PDA phone/Smartphone? more

1. Connect your device to your computer
2. Run the installation program from your computer. The installation program will prompt you to install the software application to your device using ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center.
3. Select whether to install the software to the device memory or to your memory card

Why isn't the weather information updating on my device? more

The weather information will update using the internet when the device has a Wi-Fi or a 2G/3G data connection. Please make sure you are connected to the internet and if you are using a 2G/3G connection and would like the information to update if you are roaming, select the Download while you're roaming option in the Weather Options . Can I use other web browsers for Internet browsing? more

Two arrows (↘↖) appear on my calendar. What does this mean? more

What is the difference between Calendar and Tasks? more

How do I transfer Word documents from my PC to my PDA phone? more

To transfer Word documents from your PC to your PDA phone or vice versa:

1. Create a synchronization file folder on your PC/PDA phone, then place the documents you want to transfer to this folder
2. Synchronize your PDA phone with your PC. The documents will be transferred to the PC/PDA phone automatically. You may also use File Explorer on your device to transfer Word documents directly from your computer to your PDA phone.

When I use Windows Live Messenger, I cannot see any friends online. more

First of all, please make sure that the clock's Home setting is correctly set to the date and time of your area. Then, make the Visiting area's date and time setting the same as the Home setting. When you are online in Windows Live Messenger, do the following:

1. Tap Menu > Change appearance
2. Tap Menu > Account options.
3. Tap Switch account and login again.

Why can't I use the zoom in/out function of the camera? more

How do I close programs? more

Tapping X on the upper right corner of the program screen minimizes the application automatically. When memory is insufficient, the device automatically closes the least used program. My PDA phone couldn't read an Excel file that was created and edited using Office 2007 from my PC. more

What are the differences between the PDA phone version and PC version of Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint? more

Office Mobile programs are scaled-down versions of Microsoft Office programs for your PC. With Office Mobile, you can also create a new file, edit an existing file, or save a file with a new file name. Some cities are not provided for selection in the Weather application. more
