- You need to try and reinstall the ROM update. Before performing the ROM update please ensure that the battery power is above 50% and that you have ActiveSync installed on your PC. Try to free up some memory space by closing programs that are not in use. To do so:
- Tap Start > Settings> System tab > Memory > Main tab to check the available memory.
- Tap Running Programs to check what programs are currently running on your device.
- Select the program you want to stop running and then tap Stop. To end all running programs, tap Stop All.

- Please check the memory on your device. If you installed many programs, please try to uninstall and then install them to your storage card.
- When clearing storage and reverting back to default settings, the device pauses for quite a long time. Is this system hang? more
- The device restarts twice and performs a customization sequence. It normally takes the device 7 to 10 minutes to fully reset (note: do not take out the battery). Please wait until customization has been completed. Was this helpful? Yes | No

Do a hard reset (Cold Boot) to restore your device to its default factory settings. To perform a hard reset using device keys, please follow the steps below:
- Press and hold both the GPS/MESSAGING and INTERNET EXPLORER buttons, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device.
- Release the RESET button, but continue pressing the GPS/ MESSAGING and INTERNET EXPLORER buttons until you see instructions on the screen.
- Release the GPS/MESSAGING and INTERNET EXPLORER buttons, and then press the SEND (Green) button on your device if you would like to continue the hard reset. Warning! Your device will be set back to factory default settings. Please ensure any additional installed programs and/or user data have been backed up before a hard reset is performed.
- I've already set up my calendar, but the scheduled time in my appointments would still delay automatically. Is there any problem with my setting? more
