- Please check if there is enough space available on your storage card.
- Please check if ActiveSync is working properly. If not, please install the correct version of ActiveSync on your computer and try again.
- Check your firewall settings or anti-virus software. Perhaps the program has been blocked. You can disable the firewall and close the anti-virus software then try again.

On a PDA phone:
- Make sure you set the PIN Lock.
- Tap Start > Settings > System tab > Encryption.
- Tap the Encrypt files placed on storage cards check box.
- Select Start > Settings > Security > Encryption.
- Select the Encrypt files placed on storage cards check box.
