What is the difference between .CAB and .EXE file formats? more
Windows Mobile applications come in two formats: .CAB and .EXE. .CAB (Cabinet File Format) files are installation packages for applications and updates that you can run directly on Windows Mobile-powered smartphones/PDAs. .EXE (Executable File Format) files instruct a desktop PC or device to perform certain actions. When your smartphone/PDA is connected to a computer through ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center, you can run an EXE file on your computer, then ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center copies the necessary files to your device.

It is difficult to paste files in File Explorer. more
Normally, you can tap and hold on the gap between the last file in the File Explorer list and the bottom of the screen to open the Options menu. This procedure is often used to paste documents or create a new folder in that location. The best alternative is to tap Menu at the bottom right of the screen or press the right SOFT KEY, then tap Edit > Paste.
