Verify that there is enough memory available on your device by going to: Start > Settings > Device Information > Hardware.
Note: You need at least 5MB of Storage and Program Memory available at all times in order for the device to function properly. Some applications can be installed and run from the Device Memory; try installing the application on the Storage Card.
