The message "Device driver software was not successfully installed" appears when I connect my phone to my computer. What should I do?
This message means that the USB driver for your phone is not yet installed on your computer. Install or update to the latest HTC Sync Manager, and then connect your phone to your computer to install the USB Driver. You can get the latest HTC Sync Manager from: htc.com/hsm/.

If you have other sync software for non-HTC phones installed on your computer, it is recommended that you uninstall it first to avoid possible conflicts with HTC Sync Manager.

I live in a hot/warm climate, will this affect my battery?
A hot environment can cause the phone to reach unsafe operating temperatures more quickly. Avoid leaving your phone in direct sunlight for long periods. If your phone gets hot and uncomfortable to the touch, turn off your phone and wait until it cools down before you use it again.
