    Why can’t I set up my email account?
    Please double-check what information your email service requires to set up your email account. You will need to know the correct SMTP/POP3/IMAP/Exchange settings, and you may also need to find out the security type, ports, and if any domain names are needed as part of the username.

    Can I sync my Hotmail contacts to my phone?
    The handset only supports synchronizing with a Gmail account by default, and you need to export your Hotmail contacts to your Gmail account first and then sync the handset with your Gmail account.

    You may search for instructions on how you can export your contacts from your Hotmail account and how to import the contacts to your Gmail account.

    You may also search for software that enables you to export your Hotmail contacts to the handset automatically in Android Market.

    To search Android Market, press All apps on the home screen and select Market. Search for the keyword transfer Hotmail contacts and it will give the relevant results.

    NOTE 1: To access Android Market, you must sign in to your Google Account first. Paid application availability will vary by region.

    How do I sync my contacts & calendar to Gmail?
    Your contacts and calendar will be backed up to the Google servers as long as you choose Google as the type/calendar when saving or creating contacts or calendar events.

    To ensure contacts get properly backed up to Google, from the Home screen go to All Apps > Settings > Accounts & sync > Google and ensure Sync contacts or Sync calendar is checked.

    NOTE 2
    : Resetting your handset to factory or manufacturer's default setting will delete all the data stored on your phone memory. Saving your data as ‘Google’ will ensure it gets backed up.

    How do I setup multiple numbers in a single contact?
    Make sure that the contact is saved on either the phone memory or your Google account.

    To setup multiple numbers in a single contact, from the home screen press All apps > People > tap and hold the contact that you wish to add details to > tap Edit contact and then you can add a phone number by tapping Add in the Phone section.

    NOTE 1: All apps is the square icon in the upper-right corner of the home screen that opens the tablet’s application menu.

    NOTE 2: You can also add other details like email, postal address and more by tapping the add option on the corresponding detail.

    In order to combine or link your contacts to your social networking accounts like Facebook, Twitter, or Flickr, from the Home screen tap All apps > People > tap the desired contact you want to link > tap the link icon > choose from which account you would like to link > tap the desired contact from the account > Done.

    Why are messages marked as read when checking my Exchange Server email?
    Your Exchange Server may have settings which, by default, mark emails retrieved from your device as read. Please contact your system administrator to find out what settings your Exchange Server uses.

    How do I use the voice to text feature on the tablet?
    To use voice to text, tap and hold on the Microphone icon located on the lower left side of your keyboard and a box will appear informing you to "speak", say the word you want in a clear manner and the tablet will then convert it to text.

    How can I edit my signature on my email account?
    To change your signature on the email application, from the Home screen go to All apps > Mail > Menu > Settings > General settings > Signature to edit your own signature.

    To change your signature in your Gmail account, from the Home screen go to All apps > Gmail then tap Menu > Settings > your email address >Signature to edit your own signature.
