The HTC Fuze, running Windows Mobile 6.1, includes Microsoft Voice Command. Microsoft Voice Command can be used to:
- Dial any number in your phone book without recording a voice tag.
- Open Programs with your voice.
- Choose a specific song artist/title to be played.
- Incoming voice call Caller ID/Contact info.
- Text Messages.
- E-mail sender & subject line.
- Upcoming appointments.

You can use the TouchFlo 3D and the device Touch Screen to:
- Navigate left to right: Press and hold your finger on the active tab, then slide your finger right or left over the tabs. Release when you have selected the desired tab.
Note: Apply some pressure when pressing and holding on the active tab to be able to slide over the tabs. - Navigate Up/Down: To browse through pictures, emails, etc, swipe your finger up or down on the item on the screen
- To Zoom in: Slide your finger in a clockwise circular motion on an area to zoom in on that area.
- To Zoom out: Slide your finger in a counter clockwise circular motion on an area to zoom out on that area. Note: This function is only available in the following applications:
- Album
- Camera
- Opera Mobile
- Word Mobile and Excel

Enrolling in a Domain will connect a device with company resources and give the company access to turn on/off features of the device (such as not allowing SMS messages, allowing certain applications and not others, etc). You will need your email address, server address and the enrollment password provided by your system administrator.
To Enroll, go to Start>Settings>Connections Tab>Domain Enroll.
Tap on Enroll.
Tap on Next.

Video Share Calling allows you to share one-way video with another wireless subscriber while talking on the phone!
With Video Share, you can:
- Capture live video, streaming that video to another Video Share subscriber in near real time.
- Record a live video stream during the course of a call.
Requirements:- Caller and recipient must have the Video Share Calling feature provisioned on their service; contact AT&T for assistance.
- 10 or 11-digit dialing is required when placing calls.
- Place a live Video Share call (using 10 or 11-digit dialing) to another Video Share subscriber.
- The “Video” button will be enabled after approximately 5-20 seconds.
- Tap the “Video” button to begin establishing a connection.
- “Establishing Video Connection” will display until the recipient selects “Accept,” then Video Sharing will begin.
- I am unable to load a 3rd party application on my device. What can I do? more

Verify that there is enough memory available on your device by going to: Start > Settings > System tab > Memory. Note: You need at least 5MB of Storage and Program Memory available at all times in order for the device to function properly.
Some applications can be installed and run from a Micro SD card; try installing the application on a MicroSD card.
Some applications have to be downloaded to a PC and then be copied to your device in order to install them.
Verify that the application is compatible with your device, that you are following the installation instructions provided by the application vendor and contact the software provider for further assistance.

WorldCard Mobile uses the mobile phone camera to capture a business card image. It recognizes/sorts/exports contents to our devices Contacts efficiently.
To Use:
- From the Home screen, slide to the Programs tab.
- Tap on the WorldCard Mobile icon.
- Tap on the capture icon to open the camera.
- With the device in the vertical position and the business card in view, press the Center Navigation key to capture the image.
- Tap the on screen back arrow once.
- Tap Recognize.
- Verify the information and tap Export to save to your Contacts. Note: Due to the various Business card formats, some of the information may need to be edited before Exporting.
- Since updating the Software on my HTC Fuze, I no longer have the “Get Blackberry Connect” option. How do I get Blackberry Connect? more

- When I try to access some of the preinstalled games on my device, I get the following error “This game is not supported in Portrait Mode. Please switch your phone to Landscape mode or touch the screen to Exit”. When I open my slide to put the device in Landscape mode, the error message remains. What can I do? more
