Note: When you choose this option, you will see 2 drives mounted on your computer. One drive will be for your phone memory (and have the name HTC STORAGE) whilst the other drive will be for your SD card.
If your device will not power on, your battery may be drained or not seated correctly.
The largest card supported by your phone is a 32GB micro SDHC.
The device has a protection feature that if the device becomes too warm (due to use of GPS or Bluetooth while charging, using the device as a wireless modem, etc.), the auto protection feature will be triggered and the charging process will be stopped. Once the device cools down, it will then begin charging again.
There are 2 ways to perform a soft reset. Proceed with the first option before attempting the second.

App storage locations setting shows which storage your phone is using for specific built-in apps. While you can switch storage locations by going into individual apps, this setting allows you to do it all from one screen.
Note: If you want to change all the locations at once to the same location, tap Update all and choose the new location.
Tip: If the battery level is below 30%, use the AC adapter instead of a car charger or USB cable.
Your battery can take up to 3 hours to fully charge using the AC charger. This time also depends if you are using the phone while it is charging or if it is performing other functions (e.g. streaming music, synchronizing, etc.) while it is charging. It will take much longer using the USB port as that is the trickle charge function.
Note: These steps only apply to the built-in keyboard.
The USB cable acts as a trickle charger when plugged into a PC, so it takes longer a wall charger to recharge your device. While the USB will work, it is recommended to use the AC charger, especially if the battery level reaches 10% or below.
