Why are messages marked as read when checking my Exchange Server email? more
Your Exchange Server may have settings which by default mark emails retrieved from your device as read. Please contact your system administrator to find out what settings your Exchange Server uses.
Why can’t I setup my email account? more
Please double check what information your email service requires to setup your email account. You will need to know the correct SMTP/POP3 settings, and may also need to find out the security type, ports, and if any domain names are needed as part of the username.
Why can’t I view some attachments? more
Some attachments may not be supported by the device. You may browse the Market to find programs that may support the file type you would like to view.
How do I send a text message? more
On the All messages screen, tap Compose message. Enter the mobile phone number of the message recipient in the To field. As you enter the phone number, matching contacts will appear on the screen.
What types of email does my device support? more
Microsoft Exchange, IMAP4 and POP3.
How many email accounts can my device support? more
10 accounts; 1 Exchange, 1 integrated Gmail, and 8 other POP3/IMAP4 accounts.
Can I add my signature when replying to e-mails on my device? more
In Mail on your device, tap Menu > Settings > General Settings > Signature. You can then enter a signature.
How do I send a meeting request from my phone? more
To send a meeting request using the Exchange ActiveSync account press Home, then tap All programs , and then tap Mail. Switch to the Exchange ActiveSync account. Press Menu and then tap More > New meeting invitation. Enter the meeting details and then tap Send.
