    If you’ve previously played media in the Google Chrome browser, you may experience the following while playing media in an app (such as Music or YouTube):

    • Audio only plays back from the top speaker.
    • Pressing the volume buttons does not adjust the media volume.

    If any of the above occurs, please update your Google Chrome browser to the latest version (35.0.1916.122 or higher).

    If you temporarily don't have Internet access and can't update, close the Google Chrome browser. Press the Recent Apps button (that’s next to the Home button), and then drag Google Chrome up to close it.

    HTC Watch service is no longer available in any country or region after March 31, 2014. If you have not downloaded the Download-to-Own movies your have purchased by March 31, 2014 or no longer can find HTC Watch application on your device to watch the Download-to-Own movies your have downloaded, HTC is happy to provide a refund to you. However, please note that movies bought with promotional vouchers or promotion codes are not eligible for refunds.

    Please contact us by email and provide the full information of your Watch account ID or HTC ID, the titles of the movie downloads you have purchased and the print name on your credit cards you have used in purchasing these movies.
