Rated 5 out of 5 really good phone some issues
Overall great phone bus I don't think it’s as easy to use as older phones but that could just be getting use to the software. Also the internet keeps cutting off I don't know why that is I’ve read that that has been an issue with some of the other HTC phones. Honestly besides the issue with the internet just disconnecting itself it seems perfect; though I do wish that you did not have to install anything to connect the phone to a computer that makes it so that it’s not accessible

The HTC One is gorgeous, thin, and feels nice in-hand. The screen displays a beautiful, clear picture, too. It's definitely better than the screens being used by the current competition. And I think even the BlinkFeed looks rather sophisticated.
The One isn't all beauty and no brains, though. It's fast. I immediately noticed an increase in my Internet browsing and download speeds. In fact, I was rarely able to use 4G with my previous smartphone, despite paying extra for it monthly, but now I constantly have a strong 4G signal in many of the same locations where it didn't work before. Also, there are lots of cool Zoe camera features, like slow motion, sequence shots, object removal, etc. And, dare I say it, I look even prettier in photos taken with the One.
Unfortunately, I do have a few minor complaints. For example, I was slightly disappointed with the BoomSound and Beats audio. They're great features, of course, but the max volume and sound quality didn't meet my expectations. I was also disappointed to learn that the battery takes hours to charge completely. I do feel like it is long-lasting once it's fully charged, though. Additionally, while I feel the phone is easy to use, I wouldn't know about some of the features if I didn't search the Web for tips.
Overall, I'm happy with my silver HTC One. It was truly an upgrade.

My HTC One is by far, the best phone I've ever owned. Yes, it took me some time to get used to, but all things worth having take time. If you don't like a challenge when learning something new, don't take this phone on. Camera is great, Sound Quality and all the other specs are great. The phone is one of a kind. The best looking phone out there. It's a lot nicer than my old Samsung and my iPhone. If you're not willing to accept the phone as it is, then don't waste your time trying to dink around with it. Like it or not, it's the best phone on the market.

battery life is really strong, compare to iPhone 5, HTC One has longer battery life, last 1-3 hours longer. When you are holding it, you will feel really comfortable. Unlike iPhones and Lumias sharp edges. The Speaker is really loud, but Galexy S3 and S4 are both louder(if you don't use your finger to cover up the S4's speaker). But as we all know Beats doesn't have excellent equalize. But I guess you have to play some extreme musics at max volume to notice the differences. It is really durable and strong metal body. I dropped it couple times, and only a small scratch at the edge. Everything is every nice, except the camera. 2 mp is not enough for picture. the most you can do is 5 feet away from your focus. everything farther than that will get blurry. Iphone5, Htc One and S4 all have something unique about them, and I choose HTC one over S4 and Iphone 5.

I have to say I was a little hesitant while playing with it in the store, because I was coming from a Galaxy Nexus which runs stock Android and was worried about not liking Sense. I was between the HTC One and the Droid Ultra. Was looking at the Ultra because of the battery life and almost stock Android UI. I am so glad I went with the phone. I figured if i got tired of Sense I would just use Nova Launcher (like I did on my Nexus) but after two days with Sense I have not problems with it at all. It is FAST. Everything that I listed with 5 stars is great on this phone. I though the 4 ultrapixel (megapixel) camera was a bit of a gimmick originally the, but have to say this thing takes great pictures. even if there not as sharp and the Zoe feature is awesome. I use it more than anything on my phone (other than texts) it is great for capturing events with ease; It really does all the work for you. You just click the Zoe button and take pics and videos, it does the rest. I also really like having a few choices on how my the text messaging app looks. (i.e. colors of bubbles and backgrounds) I have always rooted my phones because there was something wrong with them i wanted to change but with this phone I do not feel the need to root. I usually get around 14 hours on a charge which is good for me, though on heavy days I sometimes need to charge. I only have one complaint that is not having the ability to turn off the charging LED light. I use my phone as my alarm clock and it sets in a dock right next to my bed and the light is on when trying to sleep. I really hope HTC adds something in the setting to turn this off in the next update. (not getting my hopes up though)

I came from an iPhone 5, and wanted a bigger screen. In March I learned about the HTC One and it looked like the best android phone out. When I got it, I was so surprised with the boomsound speakers and the screen quality. The speed of the snapdragon 600 is like silk. I think a phone is about the experience and this phone provides the best experience in my opinion. Battery life is alright, about as good as my iPhone 5 and even better with power saver on. Sense 5 has some nice features, but I put Nova launcher, and I have enjoyed every day of using this device. I definitely recommend it for those looking for a quick, greatly designed android phone.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Sirkdow Simply, the number ONE of mobile Phones.
I am honored to explain why I consider HTC One the best phone.
Firts for the Design:
-One is the best for Materials, the alluminium give you a perfect "Touch and Fill", also better than iPhone.
Second for Performance.
I own the phone for two months and has not EVER rebooted for Bugs.
I've never encountered lag of any kind. Simply Perfect.
Then, for the Sense. I LOVE the BlinkFeed, I have my content and news always updated.
No Comment. Unsurpassed, Compare it with other phones would be useless, One win Always.
I love all of the terminal and are incredibly happy purchase.
Only one thing I can complain about ..... the word "Beats Audio" went away quickly D: But it still remains the king of mobile Phones.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Edgtor Great phone, But?
The only issues I have with the phone is the unlock key being on the top left corner and the volume keys being so sensitive. You basically need two hands to unlock the phone before you are able to go through the security process to unlock the screen. Now, when grabbing the phone to unlock it you tend to hit the sensitive volume keys which tend to lower my ringer volume without me knowing and missing my calls. My last two phones, yes one being an HTC, had the unlock button at the bottom in the center next to the home and back keys. Other than that, it is a well made phone. Very easy to use. If you've had a smart phone before and know the in's and out's of an android, this phone is a cake walk. Very good phone!

The HTC One is everything one could want in a smartphone. When I switched from the HTC One X to One X+, that was an incredible improvement but the HTC One is a huge step above the One X+. Light, thin, great battery life, great to hold plus all the new features make this one awesome smartphone.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by BekkaF HTC is the One, the Only One
I've been playing with my new phone for almost a week now, and have to say, this is the best smartphone I've ever owned to date! Although I still have a lot to learn about my phone, I find many of the apps to be newbie friendly. The phone is fast, intuitive, wonderful and really, all the information you need to know or learn you can find easily on the HTC site. The build quality is exceptional. I read negative reports on some sites that the workmanship in regard to the end caps over the speakers was shoddy. I have to say, so NOT true. The covers over the speakers on the front ends of "my" phone are flush to the phone, no ends are sticking up, the covers are well put, and nothing rattles at all. My HTC One is serious eye candy. Sound quality as others have said, is unbelievable coming from this phone; no tinny-ness, only the well rounded sound put out by Beats. I won't expound on the stereo concept. But I would like to mention sound quality in regard to calls. I'm hard of hearing. I have absolutely no problems hearing my phone calls on my HTC One. What is especially nice is the ability of this phone to drown out background noise and channel full sound of the talker when I am in crowds & vice versa. I was never able to carry on phone conversations if I was in large crowds of people; it was a futile effort. I'd have to walk out into parking lots or find quiet hallways to make and take calls. The HTC One has changed that ; ) Even in crowds, my phone-talks are crisp and clear. I love the blink-feed and the ability to turn on my phone and there it is; the news I read every morning. No more pulling up a browser to go to the Huff. I'm there with a click of the on button. This is one phone I'll be glad to own for the next two years. I don't think I will ever want to give this one up ; ) Great Job HTC!!!!

Hands down this is a great phone!!! I love the new htc sense with blink feed. the HTC Zoe mode is the best. however i am not sold on the camera initially it looks like it takes great pics but when viewing the pics on any other thing ie print and your tablet the pics have a lot of noise, it needs more pixels in the ultra pixels. plus I miss the kickstand. But overall I'm in love with it.

Had the Samsung galaxy S3 after all the hype over the S2.Found the S3 to be a lot of features but these were in my opinion mainly gimmicks. Having the HTC desire s before the Samsung I preferred the build quality on the HTC and decided to go for the HTC one instead of the S4 and I am happy I did. The build quality of the one was instantly recognisable and the OS of sense 5 proofed to me to be intuitive and easy to use. Will be keeping this phone for some time, might only have 32gb memory but with a 2TB NAS drive and 4g its not going to be a problem

Rated 5 out of 5 This is definitely THE ONE.
I just got my HTC One a few days ago and this is the best Smartphone I've ever had the pleasure of owning. It fits perfectly in my hand, The screen is beautiful, It's fast and the battery has lasted me almost 2 days without charging and that's with me playing games, checking e-mail and running Pandora. The sound quality is amazing on this phone thanks to Beats Audio. The build quality is amazing and so great to look at. It feels, looks and works like THE ONE. Smartphone of the year in my opinion!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Scurvy Great phone, awesome battery life
This phone is really well-built. I never wanted a phone with a screen this large, but it's so thin and sleek that you don't even feel it in your pocket. The sound quality is awesome for a phone, and I have no idea why it's taken the industry this long to realize that speakers should be on the front of the device, rather than the back. That helps a ton in loud areas. The screen is very bright, and has very high pixel density, coming together in a really nice display.
The built-in infrared transmitter (remote) is a great gimmick. It's very useful if you can't find / don't want to reach for the remote #turning down the volume on the tv from the other room, etc#, and is great for showing off to your friends.
I'd say my single favorite feature of this phone is its battery life. I have gone two days without charging it, with normal, moderate use. Even in areas with no data connection, which tend to drain the battery life, the phone will still last for 18 hours.
Complaints: blink feed takes some getting used to, and scrolling through it can be tedious if it's not set to your home screen #have to manually scroll back to the top, which can be a long way). The angle of the edges makes it hard to press buttons with the hand you're using to hold the phone. The buttons are completely flush, which feels and looks great, until you try to find them by touch, especially in a dark room. It's hard to tell if you're pressing the power button or sticking your finger in the USB port on the bottom. Also, the phone's metal body tends to heat up a lot while gaming. It gets very hot.

I have been an avid HTC consumer. I've owned producs such as the One S, Evo View, HTC media link, Sensation, and the first windows smart phone. While all of those devices were quality products for the time, I often felt as if something were missing. I continued to purchase HTC because of their bulid quality and attention to deatails. I honestly feel with the HTC One they have created the first complete phone, from buld quality, to software, to the specs, HTC has nailed it.
While watching all of the pre-launch reviews, I wasn't too excited about blink feed feature and the drop in megapixels, actually I was appauled by it. I've never been a fan of features that are forced upon the user and I felt calling the camera ultrapixels was just a marketing skeem. I must admit HTC, I was wrong. You truely are intuned with your consumers. Two of my favorite features on the phone are blink feed and the 4 Ultrapixel camera. I'm on blink feed daily and the camera produces great quailty pictures. The speakers are the envy of other less fortunate smart phones along with the sexy unibody build. I truely enjoy my phone all around. I've stuck with HTC from the beginning and will continue to do so. I'm looking forward to see the future will provide us coming out of HTC. SIMPLY BRILLIANT!

I really enjoy the ease of the HTC one. I am an older individual and have had many phones as I always enjoy the newest technology to keep on top of things. But I have not found a phone that I enjoy as much as the HTC one. I am comparing this to my Iphone and Samsung Galazy 111.. However, my HTC One is becoming slightly outdated but once I am able to I will upgrade to the newest and not switch. I use this for business as well as personal so this phone runs for me 24/7 and it keeps up with me.. and that is what I need. I can't afford to be spending time on the phone with technical support and so far so good with this one and have had it over a year....Thank you HTC....

This is absolutely the best built smartphone to date. PERIOD! The material and quality to detail is everything that I expected from the iPhone 5 and didn't get. The curved back, the front facing speakers and the LED notifications are cutting edge. This phone has to be held and used to really be appreciated. It's blazing fast in just about every area too! While I haven't had a chance to take the camera through the paces yet, I'm impressed with the indoor stills I've taken so far. I like BlinkFeed and would like it even better if it provided more feed options or better still let me chose my own.
So far I am very happy with his phone!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Nyctalinth Amazing device
I’ve had the HTC One for almost a month now and am really loving it. The first impressions of this phone really stick with me over all this time.
Design: The design of the phone is stunning. I still find myself ogling my phone from time to time. I’ve had phones made of plastic, metal/plastic mix, but the all metal design of the HCT one just screams quality and style. At 4.7, the HTC One is just the right balance between being small enough to handle, yet providing a knock-out screen for media watching. Being a right handed user, I wish the power button on top was on the right side instead of left for easier one handed use, but that’s my only nit-pick.
Sound: I still marvel at why it took so long to get great sounding front facing speakers on a phone. No more doing the right hand cupping to get the sound to be loud enough to hear. Plus the fact that it is stereo on top of that makes this incredible to listen to. This sounds better than my Macbook Pro speakers. Makes a big difference for having music in the background or for watching media (youtube, etc). But that is only half of the experience. The sound coming from the headphone jack via Beats audio is even better. Having had 2 phones with Beats audio, it would be hard for me to go without. Rating: 5/5
Screen: The 4.7 screen is just awesome. I use auto-brightness adjustment and it is always fine. Text from websites and email are crisp and images really look sharp as well. Rating: 5/5
Software: I’ve used other HTC Androids in the past and thought the HTC Sense software felt a bit over the top from the unlock screen with the silver ring to the home screen clock style and multi-tasking screen that looked cool, but wasn’t all that easy to use. Sense 5 is exactly what HTC needed to do to refine the UI to be elegant and enhance Android. It no longer feels in the way, but a beautiful interface to the OS. The multi-tasking screen allows you to see all the apps quickly and close the ones you want with ease. The lock screen is clean and easy to customize with incoming texts, calendar and email notifications. The biggest change to Sense is the new Blinkfeed feature. I’ve read mixed things about this feature and I like it, but have played with it as my home screen off and on (you can make any of your screens your home screen if you choose). It is great for getting a quick glance at things that matter to you (news, twitter, facebook, etc) from a variety of sources in one place. I think it is a great new feature that will get better with updates. Rating 4/5
Camera: The camera on the HTC One is great. It has a wide angle lense, so you really get to capture more in the picture. The picture quality can be really stunning, especially in low light. I’ve heard enhancements are on the way which will improve normal daytime shots, but I’m pleased with the camera performance so far even without. Some of my favorite shots have come in evening light – the camera sensor is so good, I’ve had several come out great that I thought would be too dark. The HDR and panorama modes are a great feature, so be sure to check them out. On top of the core technology in the camera sensor, you have HTC’s Imagesense technology, so you can rapidly capture multiple pictures in a very short time (burst mode). But the best new features related to camera involve the new Zoe capture mode and highlight features. When you put the camera in Zoe mode, you record a 3 second clip of the moment. This serves 2 purposes – you can go back to one of 20 moments in the clip and capture the still image you want (or do other cool things like object removal or create sequence shots). But the Zoe clips are the star of the new highlight video and HTC shares. When you go to your gallery of pictures from the day or event, the phone creates an automatic highlight video from user selected pictures in the folder. These videos are awesome – they professionally blend still pictures with the Zoe clips to create 30 second videos with a selectable style and music. While these are great on the phone, HTC makes it easy to share these highlight videos (or any selection of still and Zoe clips) via the HTC Share feature. You upload these to HTC’s site with a simple menu selection and then get a link to these that you can email or text to family and friends for them to review. This is a really easy way to share events with others. Way easier than manually downloading to a PC and messing with the upload to other sites and much more elegant than a simple picture upload to facebook. Rating – 5/5
Performance – Not much to say other than this phone is blazing fast. Everything I do has been snappy. While the built-in T-mobile software told me it recommended rebooting the phone periodically when I went too long, I dismissed that and am able to run the phone for weeks at a time without the need for reboots. I wish T-mobile had opted for the 64GB version of the phone, but coming from a 16GB device, 32GB will be fine for a long time. Rating – 5/5
Overall – I really don’t know how HTC will top the HTC One. It has so many design and software features that are such a huge step forward. The things I wish I could change are more storage and more customization options in Blinkfeed. I’m very pleased with the HTC One and can’t recommend it enough. HTC has focused on the core experience of the phone (instead of gimmicky features I’ll never use) and the result is a phone that feels refined and elegant. Overall Rating – 5/5
