be alert the GPS may not work On my New One VX I had a problem with the GPS not working right then I changed to another phone it works great so FYI Be Alert. February 13, 2013
REALLY good for low end. This phone is just amazing. I do understand that a lot of people are wanting to know if it has an expandable memory and it does. Under the case, but you cannot remove the battery. For me removal of the battery is NO BIG DEAL for others that may bother them. The HTC One VX does very well at disguising that it's a low end phone with it's sleek design and light as air feel. In fact the only reason this phone got 4 stars from me on the design is the screen is HUGE for small hands. I personally enjoy making my phone my own creation, hence why I enjoy Android devices, and this phone lets you make it your own. The processor is a dual-core which means, despite being behind the other HTC's, it's really snappy at loading things either with the WIFI connection or ATT's 4G LTE network. HTC has once again proved that they have their stuff together when making smartphones. Most other phones of this same value are slugish, I compared loading times in the actual store. I would recommend this phone to anybody enjoys the Android phone system and it's nothing to turn your nose up to even if you like higher end value. WONDERFUL PHONE! January 16, 2013
love it its simple and easy to use pics are great and its jus simple to use the only thing not to great is u cant put it in ur pocket but ither than that its really a good choice of phone and would recomend it to others. December 13, 2012
DO NOT BUY! I have had this phone for 2 months and it has broke twice! The first time it broke they replaced it and then not even two weeks later the new phone started acting up as well. I can receive phone calls or texts. It vibrates for minutes at a time for no reason and sometimes it just turns off and wont turn back on. I'm fed up with this phone. February 6, 2013
Phone is trouble I went through 3 of these phones in 24 days. It freezes on internet and goes back to home screen. Can't play a lot of games because they don't load on this device right. I will never purchase an HTC phone again. February 3, 2013
Looks good but doesnt perform I went from an iphone 4 to this phone. ive had it for 3 days and i plan on bringing it back. While i love the size of the screen and the quality of the display, performance wise its not good. I have had to restart it multiple times a day. It lags. I would try to use an app and it would just start flashing back and forth between the home screen. Sometime it would just freeze all together. This is the 2nd time ive tried switching to android and i cant wait to switch back to the iphone. Dont waste your time with this phone. January 25, 2013
UHHHH . . . This phone freezes like every 10 or so minutes. And even when you put it on silent it will make so much noise. It constantly shuts itself off.The apps close on their own without warning, the internet shuts off and you can't use it I mean what's the point of having a smartphone if you can't use the internet why am i paying for a data plan that I cannot use. I bought this phone 4 days ago and am returning it tomorrow. Sleek design and it looks beautiful but I cannot have it shut off in the middle of my calls like it has been doing. January 10, 2013
DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE I bought this phone because I liked the texting screen and it was suppose to have a "great" camera. I am on my THIRD yes third one in less than 3 months. The phone will be on and you think it is ok, but no calls or texts are coming through and you won't even know it unless you think to turn it off and turn it back on. Many times my daughter has tried to call and was unable to reach me because I didn't even know she called. NO ring, NO missed call, NO voice mail. When I reboot the phone, voice mail and text will finally come through, but then it is too late. AT&T keeps sending me a new one, but each phone does the exact same thing after about 2 weeks of use. I am so sick of this phone. It doesn't have a SD card slot either, and looses pictures when you try to save to your computer. I am stuck with the phone, because I am not eligible for an upgrade for a while. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. You will be disappointed. Wish I never bought it. Wish I had stuck with a Samsung!
