Switched from a Blackberry Bold. This phone is great!! Compact size that fits in your pocket. The battery life takes some getting used to, but lasts all day with moderate use.

Had this phone for a week and could not wait to return it. Battery stinks, bluetooth stinks, dropped calls, tiny keyboard, fragile, and the list goes on and on. Would rather have my olddumb flip-phone than this piece of garbage.

Rated 2 out of 5Â by MareHB This is no iPhone
I am very disappointed with this phone. It is certainly no comparison to the iPhone, as it is sold. I tried to download sofware to sync outlook contacts and photos. It tore up my computer. It took me three days to get my contacts synced. Now, i cant download my pictures and videos without downloading more inept software. Also, for some lame reason, this phone will not let you email or text videos more than 5 or 10 seconds long. Super annoying!!! I wish I had my iPhone back!

Went from a Droid 4 to this phone and I love this phone so much better. The only problem I have that sometimes when I rotate the phone to the side to text...the screen doesnt rotate. I have had to re-boot it a couple of times but other than those to two things its been a great little phone.

Rated 2 out of 5Â by TooSadWithThisPhone Two thumbs DOWN!!
I had the Thunderbolt but unfortunately it crashed and after receiving a really dead one that wouldn't work then they sent me the Incredible 2....biggest mistake I ever made to get it......hard to hang up calls if it navigates itself away from the call, every time you go to anything that needs to be on or sometimes even off the internet you have to tell it yes. Not use to that but use to just going straight to the internet. Can't seem to find folders in the phone (which I loved on the Thunderbolt), it has changed features in my music areas by itself and now I can't get rid of them. Can't wait till I can get my upgrade next summer!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5Â by OldguardMD Nice when not buggy
I need a phone that wasnt too big and was about the size of the Droid 2. I didnt like the larger phones, which are one step off of a tablet and dont really fit anywhere. This phone has a good size compared to some of the other options out there. I had some problems getting the phone set up. I had to factory reset it to get both my GMAIL accounts in to it. Over all the phone runs well most of the time. It is sometimes sluggish, but I have noticed other Ice Cream sandwich devices are the same way. Tabs in the browser are a bit difficult to work with. I really like the face recognition unlock feature and the phone is pretty good right out out of the box with ring tones, themes and back ground wall paper. The phone has a lot of applications already on it, which I would like better if I could remove the ones I wont want. The battery that comes with it is OK, but I am likely to upgrade to the extended battery in the near future. The camera is pretty good for a camera phone, but in low light it still wont provide much of a picture quality. It is a nice upgrade from my Droid 2 and if it gets Jelly Bean and GSM / World wide coverage (capable but not enabled by Verizon) this is a solid phone that looks and acts like a phone (instead of a mini tablet).

Rated 2 out of 5Â by Resom Cheap build quality
Coming from the original Incredible, the 4G version is a disappointment. I returned mine. Display is nice, but the build is cheap. Black chrome bezel scratches VERY easily. Ear speaker clogs with lint instantly, Loud speaker is very poor quality, it sounds like the caller is talking inside a gymnasium. Ice cream sandwich is very laggy, worse the Gingerbread on my original Incredible! Ice Cream Sandwhich HTC interface is weird, standard menu button moves around depending on which app youre using. Battery life seemed ok. Overall - dissappointed. I wish HTC would build quality hardware again. Phone needs Jellybean 4.1 also.

I have owned a lot of phones including the iPhone and this is by far the best phone I have ever owned thus far. The only con that I have found so far is that the battery life is short... but that is to be expected with a smartphone!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Kevin7870 Droid Incredible 4G LTE is Incredible!
I upgraded from a Droid Incredible 2 to a Droid Indcredible 4G LTE. This phone is awesome, i love almost everything about this phone. 1.2GHZ Dual Core processor, 4"in QHD display, Beats Audio, 1080P video recording and Blazing fast 4G LTE. I will admit that this phone has too much bloatware apps that you prolly or will never use at all. I wish this phone came with sum beats audio headphone or HTC Brand headphones but other then that i highly recommend this phone to any1.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by BEN0547 Good Phone
This is my 3rd smartphone. 1st was a Blackberry Storm, 2nd was an iPhone 4s White, and now I have the HTC Android Incredible 4g LTE.
This phone is very similar in size to the 4s (only a little thicker) but due to the shape of the back it is actually easier and more comfortable to hold. The back is textured and rubberized which comes in very handy in the car using the navigation because it is super gripy (is gripy a word? well it should be).
Speed - I was very happy with the 4s speed for the most part. It did buffer often when streaming video. The HTC does not have that problem even on the same Wi-Fi networks.
Memory - Blackberry - almost nill; 4s - 64 GB (nuf said); HTC 4 GB internal. This seems kind of puny, but it states that you can upgrade to a 32 GB micro SD. In truth I have a 64 micro SD and it works in the HTC. I have all the memory and more that my 4s had.
Battery - very comparable to the other smart phones that I have used. Big plus for me - the ability to easily change your own battery. With the 4s you need to the technical know how and the tools to disassemble and install new battery. With the HTC all you need is a fingernail. Most folks will never have to worry about this, but if you have a battery failure on your iPhone, you will harbor the same feelings.
Call Quality - Crystal Clear. Some issues with the speaker phone. Not fully understanding the lay down and turn on the speaker phone function.
Ease of use - Big jump going from iOS to Android. Gets easier everyday. Love not being tied to iTunes or being tied to one computer. It's nice being able to plug into anyone's computer and download music and movies from their media player.

This is by far the fastest phone Ive had for verizon thus far. Ive only owned it for a week now but Im happy to say it does everything i wanted. Really like how light it is. Doesnt even feel like the phone is in my pocket. And although I have big hands I like how it feels compared to the 5 inch screen phones. Well done HTC

i just went from the incredible 2 and i have to problems with this one, seems to be the same as the incredible 2 just better, faster, and stronger. now as to the battery life if im in an area with only 1 bar signal life wether i have 3g/4g service i will always try switching to wifi because if i dont the phone seems to work 2x as hard and take 2x as long to download or upload anything.

I upgraded from the original incredible. When at my house, I use WiFi. The new incredible keeps dropping my WiFi signal and going to 3g, in an area my old incredible worked fine. Also when on 3g, the speed is much slower than the old incredible. If you are in a 4g area though, it flys! The volume on the speakerphone is low, but everyone can hear me clearly. The regular phone is clear. Everything else so far is pretty cool.

I've had it a week now and found most things on my own, but did use the help verizon puts on our site to help for a couple things. My husband, daughter and I all got the same phone. It's his 1st smart phone and he's using it with ease now. There's so many fun features to explore, it'll take a while to find them all. My daughter, who is 19 helps a lot. She explores more than we do and passes on info that we would use. It's so easy, I love this phone! Getting onto facebook, internet, everything is soooo easy! We didn't want to spend the money on the iphone that everyone raves about and glad we didn't.

Rated 2 out of 5 Stay away from this 4G phone!!
Ive had this phone for about a 5 weeks now and problems didnt start till the 3rd week I had it Where ever I had signal with the old droid 3G I cant get it with the 4G The mobile network shuts off and always have to go to settings to turn back on and I get dropped calls everywhere Never had one with the 3G phone. Just got off the phone with tech support they tell you that 4G is so sensitive that if the wind blows to hard there goes the signal and I thought 4G was gonna be Better. They say if you have trees around you or if too many people are using there phones you might get dropped calls What a joke I still havent paid for the phone yet and if I keep having problems I will mail it in with the bill and go back to 3G

Rated 3 out of 5Â by Jeff127 Easy to Use but buggy
I had the original Incredible and loved it, never had any problems with it so when it was time to upgrade I figured I would go with the new version. It isn't the worst phone I have had but it isn't the best either, mine is really buggy and gets really slow sometimes. I have never had a phone that was as buggy as this one.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by Bobias Decent phone - horrible battery!
While the screen is crisp and clear, the touch responses are a bit laggy and buggy at times. Also, dont bother activating most of the features unless you want to be tethered to a power source - the battery life on this phone is awful!

I love this phone, I upgraded to the Samsung nexus I had that phone for 12 day that phone was to big and the phone stayed hot and always shutting down, so I exchanged it for this and it was the best decision that iI have ever made about a cell phone. This phone has everything and it is the right size for smaller hands. Awesome phone. This phone is a lot faster then my sons iPhone and my husbands Samsung droid charge. This phones battery life is okay if you dont play a lot of games and do a lot of downloads, the battery last me all day without charging. This is the best phone that htc has come out with. all I can say about it is it is an awesome phone

Rated 5 out of 5Â by mlmd Another incredible phone
I had the original incredible and enjoyed it very much that I upgraded to this 4G version. I find the 4 in screen perfect to hold and carry in pocket. The screen, although not the highest resolution in market, is very sharp and bright, even in sunlight. I dont download music or video. I use juice defender. Battery lasts well into end of day.
There is a slight delay in touch screen response compared to my original incredible. The speaker, only during call, is crackelly.
Overall a great phone and would buy it again.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by Johnnyringo69 HTC phones will only last you a little over a year
I'm writing this review because I have an HTC Incredible 2 and my wife has the HTC Incredible. READ THE BLOGS!!! I'm having the charging issues that have now happened within a little over a year of owning it. I really loved the phone up until this but, apparently there are common issues and HTC is ignoring the problem. By an iPhone and save yourself the headaches. I was...."was" a droid fan but I think Apple will stand behind their products better then the companies pushing their version of the Droid system.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by dbrain78 Best incredible yet
I've had the phone for a week now and I'm still loving it. I had an original droid incredible for the last two years and thought it was a good time to upgrade. People complain about the battery life but I've had mine off the charger for one day and 20 hours with 28% left. That's better than the old incredible with an extended battery. There are a few small things to get used to like the constant wifi reminder in the bar at the top, but it's not a huge issue. There are a few apps that come preinstalled that you can't get rid of, but you have the ability to disable them so they don't bug you. Another odd thing about the current OS is the inability to move apps to the sd card. So far you can only move pics, messages, and music to save space. I hope in the future htc will allow everything to be moved. The call clarity is the best I've heard. My brother bought an iphone 5 at the same time so we've compared the two. They're both pretty equal, but the incredible pulls ahead with more bells and whistles like the near field communication and better google maps. I love the ability to change nearly all the settings to make this phone truly mine.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by skyrunr10k great phone, best android i've had yet
I upgraded from a rooted Thunderbolt that served me well. I wanted a dual processor, htc sense, and a phone no taller than 5". Before that I had an Eris, Incredible, Droid 1. This is probably one of the best phones and value available at the moment.
I REALLY REALLY REALLY miss the menu and search button on prior Android models, but that has been removed from most other Droid phones, a huge mistake until the apps can be updated. It requires a lot more clicking around to change settings and it is much more confusing now.
The screen seems a bit yellow compared to other phones but it is more pleasing.
- in apps you can disable the bloatware
- call quality is very good
- speaker works well
- battery life is excellent especially for 4G, I streamed music for three hours and had 85% battery left.
- camera is slightly improved over Thunderbolt's
- Build quality isn't as nice as other HTC phones
- Long plastic back creaks a bit
- Textured back gathers dust
- odd virtual SD card
- wish it had a dedicated camera button/launcher
- Can't set it to 3G only in options
- constant WIFI indicator is annoying
- Updated gmail and default mail Apps stink (I use K9)
- Can't set another image browser from the camera, the default one doesn't rotate unless you have than enabled globally
- main dock buttons should be larger and customizable, I shouldn't need to use a third party launcher
