Patent Licensing Director

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and business-savvy Patent Licensing Director to join our Legal Team. 	Must have knowledge of GSM, CDMA, and WCDMA and other mobile phone technologies
	Must have solid patent licensing experience of at least 4 years with a strong knowledge of patent licensing terms and cross-licenses; some experience interfacing with finance, engineering, and executive level employees is preferred
	Willingness to travel required
	Patent license negotiation experience required
	Corporate or law firm patent licensing experience required with a preference for someone with professional experience in both
	Undergraduate degree in engineering or physics preferred
	Not necessary to be an attorney
