INNOVATION BRANCH
The company's Innovation Branch has recently moved from HTC America's Bellevue, WA headquarters into new offices in downtown Seattle. This group of designers, device architects, and software engineers reports to the company's Chief Innovation Officer. The charter? To deliver devices and software experiences which delight users and continuously improve quality, brand loyalty, and business growth for HTC and its partners.

SOFTWARE TEST MANAGER
HTC is looking for a Software Test Manager to manage and organize software test efforts for mobile applications and advanced user environments. This will include planning test efforts and writing test plans; growing the test team; managing SDETs, STEs, and contract testers; working with the SDET team to design and spec an advanced automation framework; collaborating with teams across the company; and being a leading advocate for software quality within the Innovation Branch and for HTC as a whole.

	Strong testing, debugging, and test strategy skills
	Demonstrated experience writing test plans, test case development, and test tools.
	Experience in shipping and/or deploying one or more large scale products
	Track record building, leading and managing software test teams in a start-up environment
	Experience collaborating with local and geographically distant development groups
	Experience with unit testing frameworks such as HttpUnit
	C# or Java experience
	Experience with mobile application development
	Comfortable working in a fast-paced short-cycle product team environment.
	BS in Computer Science or related field as well as a minimum of 6-10 years industry experience
