Professional experience in the mobile phone industry is required |

Has professional background working in supply chain quality on supplier side required |
|
Strong quality background in statistics process control, six sigma...etc. |
|
Professional experience working in consumer electronic or related industries in a quality capacity |
|
Holds a degree in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering |
|
Strong analytical and communication skills |
|
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally |
|
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment a plus |
|
ASQ certification a plus |
Responsibilities:
|
Manage the introduction of new products for North America carriers along with the planning and development of service and quality readiness plans. |
|
Manage the return, collection, and presentation of field issues and customer's complaint data associated with new products. |
|
Manage post launch quality by driving customers/product field issues into the product development organization. |
|
Co-develop and communicate issue resolution timelines and plans back to customers |
|
Focus on product quality improvements acting as the voice of North America carriers via the timely detection and escalation of field/product systemic issues. |
|
Maintain/Improve carriers' satisfaction by managing scorecard continuous improvement. |
|
Lead point of contact for our key customers on all account related matters. |
Qualifications:
|
BA/BS in related field |
|
Candidate is required to possess 6-10 years of relevant experience in the wireless industry preferably in product management. |
|
Experience in the launch of new products and sustaining product quality throughout the product lifecycle. |
|
Excellent relationship building experience with external customers and internal stakeholders in product development, sales, distribution, and manufacturing team required. |
|
Experience in managing in complex matrix functions and able to clearly articulate issues via a closed loop corrective action process, and secure commitments. |
|
Excellent oral and written presentation skills. |
|
Innovative, analytical, and problem solving skills a must. |
|
Candidate must possess convincing presentation and communication skills that addresses and assures HTC customers. |
