Application Security Updates

HTC has developed application updates to address potential security vulnerabilities. Most devices have already received the update through an over the air process, but we encourage customers to review the list of affected devices and to ensure their device has been updated. For ease of searching, devices have been grouped by wireless provider.

Please note that all HTC devices running Android 4.0 with Sense 4 or newer (including current software releases) are already equipped with this security update. You can check your device for this information by going to the Settings menu > About > Software Information. In order to help maintain the integrity of your device, we encourage users to download software updates when available.

Listed below are affected devices. If you have on these devices, click the link to access the latest update information. Please note that HTC regularly sends notices to your device which means your device may already be updated. If when checking your device, there is no update available, that indicates your device has already received the necessary update. If your device is marked as "coming soon," please check this page again as we are posting updates on a regular basis.

**Important Note for all AT&T customers: AT&T customers will need to manually download the application update. Please follow the instructions for your specific device to ensure proper download.**

**Important Note: If your device needs to have an update, you will need to make sure your device has been updated to the most current version of android operation system provided for the device. The application security updates are designed for only the latest version of the android operating system supplied for your device. This means if you have not applied the most recent android operating system updates to your device, you will need to do so prior to applying these security application updates.**
