    How can I check if I have the latest software updates on my phone?

    How can I transfer photos from my phone to my computer?
    Please install "Zune" software on your computer first, and thne connect your phone to your computer using the supplied USB cable. Now you could copy your files over to your phone.

    How can I transfer contacts to my phone?
    There are several ways you can transfer contacts to your phone.

    1. Windows Live/Hotmail: Windows Live/Hotmail contacts are imported to your phone after you sign in to your Windows Live Account. You can also create more contacts right from your phone. 2. Social network accounts: Log in to your favorite social networks to import contact information from them. 3. SIM card: Copy all your SIM contacts to your phone. 4. Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync: You can syncs your work contacts from the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync Server in your workplace.

    How do I know if my phone can be used in another country's local network?
    You can do the following to check:

    1. Check the network specs of your phone in the HTC website. (Go to the website of the country where you bought the phone.) 2. Check the supported network band in the country where you will be traveling. 3. Check if cross-country roaming has been activated by your mobile operator.

    How do I create a personal ringtone with my music track?
    To use a music track as a ringtone, drag it to the Ringtones folder. Make sure that the track meets the following requirements: • The track is in MP3 or WMA format • The track is less than 40 seconds • The track is less than one MB • The track is not protected with digital rights management (DRM)

    To apply a ringtone, follow the steps below: 1. Connect your phone to your computer. 2. Copy your custom ringtones to the Ringtones folder on your phone. 3. Disconnect your phone from the computer. 4. On your phone, press the START button. (The START button is the Windows icon at the bottom center below the screen.) 5. On the Start screen, slide to the left. 6. Tap Settings. 7. Tap ringtones+sounds. 8. Tap Ringtone, and you will see the audio file under the Custom category.     How can I set a picture as my wallpaper?
    1. Please tap START. 2. On the Start screen, slide to the left. 3. Tap Settings. 4. Tap lock + wallpaper. 5. Tap change wallpaper. 6. Choose the picture that you want to set as the wallpaper.
