For me who uses the phone for calling, Skype, Line, whatsapp, internet and occasionally some light gaming its perfect. Very Happy with it. Its great for what its costs (about half of the HTC X)

Like the Review summary, i recommend it for some reasons like the 720p HD Video Recorder, ammount of apps and much more.
When i saw the TV Advert a few weeks ago, i knew which phone i was going to to for when i change my phone contract.
I recommend this phone!

I've had my ONE V for 3 weeks now & it's fantastic.
The apps it features are great, ease of use is brilliant & design is supurb.
I've been a fan of HTC since buying the wildfire last January & when I saw the ad for the One series I knew I had to have One (no pun intended).
Unfortuatley the price was too high for the X & S so I went for the V and for a 'budget' smartphone it is amazing.
I love the camera features and the fact you can take pictures whilst filming, uploading pictures is also easy.
Just bought a 32gb memory card for it so I can make use of the wonderful sound.
My only gripe with this phone is the relativley poor battery life - not sure if they can update this the same as the software on it but at the end of the day it lasts longer than my mates iPhone 4S!
If they keep making phone like this to rival iPone & other top range phones for nigh-on half price I'll be sticking with HTC for a long while yet.

the phone is brilliant,,an epic in d first few days...though its pretty good over olbut yeah it slows down a bit..like we have to wait for d menu to open or switching from one app to another....easy to use,,n great design (odd one out)

Love this Phone it does what it says On the Box and then some, HTC sense 4.0 compliments the software amazingly .
My only real Criticism is that sound for Ringtones and media are to Low compared to Other phones so you sometimes miss calls in noisy places, if could get some sort of upgrade for that would be great.
Fits Nicely in the hand screen is bright and vibrant and scrolls beautifully .

This phone is amazing even though it was suppose to be a back-up phone. I even prefer it to the one I had originally!
This phone has brilliant features such as the camera which is just awesome. I would definitely recommend this phone as I feel it lives up to the standards of the S3 and the IPhone's.
It's literally Loreal. Your worth it!

Needing a new phone fast I chose the V on the strength of HTC's reputation and my stepson using a wildfire for some time. To have a so called budget handset running Android 4.0 and a 5 megapixel camera is superb, really the only problem is the single core processor slowing things down and a lack of memory.
To improve the battery I suggest Juice Defender and a task killer app combine these and 24hrs+ usage is achievable. The build quality is superb, much better than Samsung even on their high end products.
Beats audio combined with a good set of phones is excellent and a 32GB memory card gives me plenty of room for an extensive choice from my music collection.
All in all I am well pleased with my first smartphone and can thoroughly recommend the HTC One V.

had it for a few weeks now and it's quite easy to use.
however, it does slow down at times and loose memory fast by forced open applications (sonic 4: ep 2, stick cricket, google play)
but by the averages, it's good.
