"The lasting power of the One V’s 1,500 mAh battery is beyond what I’ve come to expect — a day of fairly heavy use… left the handset with 30 percent battery… in my time with the phone it consistently performed this well"

Rated 5 out of 5 One of the best budget smartphones ever The performance and features of this phone are like no other budget smartphone around. It rivals some of the best smartphones around and for shy of £250. The only problem I have with it is the default keyboard, but that can be changed using a 3rd party app. I bought the phone a day after it was released in the UK after watching it for weeks and watching reviews from the US and Indian markets. Highly recommended. April 29, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love the design and suits my uses For me who uses the phone for calling, Skype, Line, whatsapp, internet and occasionally some light gaming its perfect. Very Happy with it. Its great for what its costs (about half of the HTC X) May 22, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 I recommend this phone for some reasons Like the Review summary, i recommend it for some reasons like the 720p HD Video Recorder, ammount of apps and much more. When i saw the TV Advert a few weeks ago, i knew which phone i was going to to for when i change my phone contract. I recommend this phone! June 3, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointing A nice size/build phone which is let down by the recently upgraded firmware. Upgrade has resulted in the disappearance of the menu buttons which are normally displayed at the bottom of the screen. Some HTC and Google apps are now unusable on this phone. Have returned the phone to retailer as suggested by HTC. Bought the 'S' which is a far better phone. Don't waste your time or money on the V. June 6, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by I love the ONE V I've had my ONE V for 3 weeks now & it's fantastic. The apps it features are great, ease of use is brilliant & design is supurb. I've been a fan of HTC since buying the wildfire last January & when I saw the ad for the One series I knew I had to have One (no pun intended). Unfortuatley the price was too high for the X & S so I went for the V and for a 'budget' smartphone it is amazing. I love the camera features and the fact you can take pictures whilst filming, uploading pictures is also easy. Just bought a 32gb memory card for it so I can make use of the wonderful sound. My only gripe with this phone is the relativley poor battery life - not sure if they can update this the same as the software on it but at the end of the day it lasts longer than my mates iPhone 4S! If they keep making phone like this to rival iPone & other top range phones for nigh-on half price I'll be sticking with HTC for a long while yet. June 11, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by archit the phone is brilliant,,an epic in d first few days...though its pretty good over olbut yeah it slows down a bit..like we have to wait for d menu to open or switching from one app to another....easy to use,,n great design (odd one out) June 17, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellant phone with a low price Been using it for a week! Only problem i have is that it seems to have a death grip around the bottom of the phone. the wifi and the signals drops. Other than that, it has been an excellent phone so far! very responsive - ice cream sandwich comes with the ability to disable the apps you do not need, and 'swiping' away the running apps to close them. Setup is also very easy. Its also quite light and feels good using it even when holding it with one hand. Feels (and look) like an expensive phone, but i got it for less than $50 with a low-end data plan. The usual apps like facebook and messenging and web browsing runs fast on it too! Good phone and recommended for anyone looking for a new phone but with a constraint on budget! =) July 20, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 Amazing Love this Phone it does what it says On the Box and then some, HTC sense 4.0 compliments the software amazingly . My only real Criticism is that sound for Ringtones and media are to Low compared to Other phones so you sometimes miss calls in noisy places, if could get some sort of upgrade for that would be great. Fits Nicely in the hand screen is bright and vibrant and scrolls beautifully . July 26, 2012
