Antenna problem? Great phone, really good form factor, fast, excellent screen, camera, and other features. The only thing that lets it down is that it has a very poor signal reception - in places where my previous Desire could happily browse the internet, download or stream video, this phone just fails to get enough signal to enable the connection. It often fails to get any network connection at all, where the Desire had no problem. May 18, 2012

HTC One S amazing phone... The only thing that let this phone down is the battery life witch is not as it suppost to be, HTC should lisen to the die hard customers and fans of there divices and give a more powerful battery to their devices because if they do so it will be without a dout the best smartphones in the market... The designe is just gorgeous, I being using HTC phones sence they came out with G1 and never change to other make, still have my G1, Wildfire, Desire, Desire HD, Sensation 4g and xl, now I have the One S. I love my HTC One S it is that good. June 14, 2012
htc one s (smartest in the smart family of htc) Recently bought this phone and found that it is one of the best phone I ever had. HTC is a multinational company and has always maintained a standard. Jelly bean has also started rolling out for this phone so one can have test of latest android software. December 27, 2012
Impressive phone let down by poor battery and materials I've had my One S for 3 months now and have been very impressed by the camera and being able to take pics and shoot clips at the same time. It's quick and good for internet browsing, I like the size as iPhone is not wide enough for me and One X/Samsung S3 are too wide for my hands. My 2 biggest let downs are- - the battery life is awful, especially as the battery is sealed inside, so I can't even carry a spare with me - bad bit of designing for a smart phone. - I have taken care of my phone and have a case but already my phone casing is scratched and the back even has exposed metal now - I'm not happy at all, the One S isn't a cheap phone, these issues have sadly taken the shine off an otherwise good phone. memory Was really looking foward to this phone. I got a shock when I realised that there is no expandable memory. I use my phone for all my pictures and music and that alone uses nearly 20g of memory. I have a 32g memory chip on my sensation. HTC have have really missed the boat on this model of phone. Returning it emmediatly as it is totally useless for my needs. April 13, 2012
Beautiful but not as good as advertised... I was amazed by the way this phone was marketed as being able to withstand the everyday use and a bit more without a case. This is not true as i have already exchanged my first One S black for another one due to minor chipping on the top. Otherwise im happy with the phone and i would like more durable battery as well, as its something that you need when you cannot replace it on your own. I hope HTC will find a solution to this chipping issue and also will allow owners that have already bought the phone to be within that solution. If the manufacturing process changes and after a certain serial number they are better, i would appreciate if HTC would replace my current phone for free, even if it doesnt have any problems. Amazing Device but Jelly Bean needs to come. This device is a great device. For the price, there isn't a better phone to get for a new smartphone user. -The one s has some nice features but i rated 4 stars because i know that jelly bean will add more great features to the phone and until then it is 4 stars. -Sense 4 is a much easier UI to get used to than other android UI's like touch wiz and windows. -The battery on my One s is much better than the battery on other top phones like the Note 2 and the Galaxy 3. Not having a full HD screen isn't to bad because it conserves battery. The super amoled screen is beautiful either way. -The design of the phone is probably my favorite, the color and material is beautiful and the curves make the phone fit in my hand. -The dual core 1.5 GHz processor's Performance is powerful and smooth. Some lag on intense 3D games is one major reason for giving 4 stars on performance. Overall this phone is great. I would recommend it to anyone who likes stylish and smooth phones that can compete with many top of the line phones. January 6, 2013
