Better Browsing

Read text comfortably on any website as the text dynamically resizes to fit the width of your screen. Save articles onto your phone to read later if you’re tight on time or won’t have internet connection at your next destination, or get rid of annoying banner or ads.

Text reflow: smooth and clear

HTC Sense redefines the smartphone web reading experience with text reflow. Instead of having to pan left and right like an old typewriter, onscreen text is dynamically tailored to the width of the screen so you only have to scroll down to read. Simply double tap the screen and the text will automatically reflow to fit the screen.

Read later, watch later: what an evolved bookmark would look like

While a bookmark helps you to remember a URL, it won’t give instant access to what you wanted to read. HTC Sense lets you go beyond bookmarks by letting you keep a copy of what you want to read on your phone in your ‘Reading list’. You can keep it there as long as you want without having to use your precious bandwidth. You can watch videos later as well by adding to your ‘Watch list’.

Pure reading mode

HTC Sense makes it easy to get away from distractions so you can focus on what you want to read with our pure reading mode. All extraneous information such as navigation bars, web design layout, and advertisements are stripped away leaving a clean copy the reading matter itself.

Instant tabs

HTC Sense makes your reading experience even better and more intuitive. When you’re reading an article, tap and scroll down to easily access Add To, Bookmarks, Saved and Tabs. Saving an article to read later or opening up another browsing tab couldn’t be easier.

Incognito: when you're the only one who needs to know

HTC Sense enables you to browse websites in complete confidence knowing that you won’t be leaving cookie crumbs all over the web. Incognito also makes sure that you leave no trace of where you’ve been on your phone.

Mobile and desktop views: seeing the web from two perspectives

With HTC Sense, you have the freedom to choose whether you want to view the website in mobile phone view or desktop view. Simultaneously toggle the viewing perspective on all open browser windows with just a few easy steps. Once you go to desktop view, all subsequent websites you open up will be in desktop.
