Rated 4 out of 5 Awesome phone with a single drawback
Everything about this phone is just awesome. Except one, IT HEATS UP A LOOOOT. Here is my Pros and Cons,
PROS: 1. Superb style. I love it.
3. Camera. excellent in day light condition but not the best in night (dim light)
4. Speed. Lightening processing speed.
CONS: 1. HEATS UP. Emits excessive heat, even on normal use for more than 15 mins. ITS Annoying.
2. Power button. Every time am searching for it. It should be little projected.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by deeone5150 HTC Falls Short
Ok, I finally went out and picked up my HTC yesterday and it goes back to Best Buy today. I've waited months and months for the Blue HTC to become available. And from all the reviews I've read this phone was supposed to be the best thing on the market. And that may be the case depending on what phone you previously have had over the years. But if you are coming from a Samsung to the HTC you will be taking 2 steps back. Cosmetically the phone is SUPERIOR, aside from some of the button positions, the screen is GREAT, speakers are the BEST. Yet falls short everywhere else, just cannot compare to the Samsung's. The phone itself is very user friendly just not a good choice if you are currently a Samsung user.
Bottom line I would strongly recommend this phone to anyone. As long as you do not currently have a Samsung phone, you will regret it as soon as you start setting up the phone.

The HTC One is by far the absolute best phone I've ever used. Sense 5 works like a dream and the interface is extremely user friendly. The aesthetics on this phone are astounding, the photos and and videos do it no justice, you truly have to feel it to understand the engineering that went into this thing.
Keep up the great work HTC, continue making the most sleek and durable phones available.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by IXNOR Great phone.....kind of
The phone, as a piece of technology, is quite excellent. The camera is good, the speakers are great, the screen is nice and big, it is fast, and overall, it is pretty easy to use. Until it decided to stop charging after 2 months. Now my phone is always in landscape mode (not by my choosing), rarely charges, and the screen never turns off. All incoming calls are immediately put on speaker, and the screen locks when the call is connected. I know this problem has been reported, and I know I am not the only one with this problem. If a phone is going to have as much hype as this, it aught to work after a few months.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by BryanN Everything is gooood
Everything was great after bout a month plus. However, the only bad ting is the Camera at low light problem which have the purple tint for some users. Hope that what the news was saying about the 4.3 upgrade will solve this issue if not it will be quite a disappointment. Another thing is about the aluminium back. Its too beautiful to use any covers on it and hence I use the phone nakedly, nothing on it. However, if you take a closer look at the edges at the back, you will see the aluminium going black for a silver phone. And i believe the black version will go silver. Without dropping, the phone wear and tear is quite fast. Nonetheless, when the outlook of it starts to worsen, i might consider putting on a case for it. Other then that, this phone has been terrific for me.

The htc One is truely the best Android phone there is out there:
-it's just the right size with a beautiful and brilliant screen
-it feels good in your hand and looks very elegant
-the sound and camera are really impressive
-htc sense makes it really easy to use compared to other android phones
All in all I can only say it's THE perfect phone!!!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Dunc1098 Nothing comes close.
This HTC is the pinnacle of performance, I've previously had an LG Optimus 4X HD which was no slouch, but when it comes down to speed the HTC has all corners covered. I've only had my red HTC ONE for a week and I'm yet to see lag in anything, including heavy games like Infinite Flight which even lags on my 1.6ghz quad core tablet. I had a HTC Incredible S around 2/3 years ago, and I'm happy to say HTC have still kept their game up. The ONE is a beautiful phone to look at and hold, I find myself taking it out of the case just to look at it properly. The best bit is that even though the ONE is meant to be the best HTC, I like how they still care about their older customers who have other HTC's. One of my friends has a ONE X and another a ONE X plus and even though mine has all this power, we all seem to startup our phones just as fast as each other, be it a bit quicker for my ONE. However back to the HTC One, it really is a beautiful phone and I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new phone. It even scored 2000 points higher than my friends Galaxy S4 on quadrant standard, despite the HTC having half the number of cores. It truly is a remarkable phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 Amazing phone.
Loved the camera, best looking screen and design I've seen on a phone, loved boomsound, but had a bit of static on the earbuds though, and it takes a while to charge, but I started to get used to it, blinkfeed was kind of a hassle, but I just changed a different homescreen to it didn't matter. So in the end this is probably the best phone I've gotten my hands on, absolutely love it, and I recommmend this to anybody looking to get a smartphone.

I have been working on testing smartphones for 3 years now, and i recently switched to HTC one, it is very sleek, easy to use & just a gorgeous phone to own.
the only issue i have is with the camera clarity. other than that screen sound & interface are perfect.
Zoe & blinkfeed are very smart addition by HTC which you can actually enjoy

-So a phone really really beautiful right? Yes, but how practical? I am not going to put my Ferrari in a protective case, are you? Why should i put my phone then? This is more or less the reason i am giving a rate of 4/5 to Look and feel...
-So i have a phone, right? Wrong, you have a camera, a mutlimedia device and a phone! Using it only as a phone the battery will last 1 day or more with normal use, but come on, when you start playing with the phone you really need to charge it where ever you find a plug or usb...No sir, unacceptable...there you go, Battery Life 2/5...(Ok, it could be worse i know, but it could be better !)...
-The screen is the 2nd best screen i have seen after iphone 5 and the only negative i find is the angles and the black is more bright than i prefer. I give you a 4/5, it's a good score don't be sad... ;)
-Sound quality, best i have heard in any multimedia device up to now...2013 rate, you get your 5/5!
-Camera, and here is the absolute disappointment...I like innovation(ultrapixel), i like testing new tricks(ZOE etc)...But please, give me something that works! There is a major issue for some photos having the right side Blurred and you can search the net about it...MP? I don't care, but why the pictures seem to have so much post processing? I have to say, i was expecting much more... And are you ever ever going to put a small light in night conditions so i can focus to something i can actually see in the screen? So i will give you a 2/5 and still i am being kind...
But ok, it's a good phone, I like it... It's a little big though no? Well ok i cannot put it as a negative because some people like big phones! :)
Overall feeling (rating) 4/5
HTC good work but...

Biggest problem the fool thing will not connect to my bluetooth or another bluetooth that w.e own. sounds like its a great toy phone but I,m not too happy in the real world

Rated 5 out of 5Â by TheOwner First entirely statisfying phone!
The HTC One is the first smartphone I've ever owned, which is completely statisfying.
My previous phones, HTC One X, Sony Xperia S, or iPhone 4S always had some sort of annoying things, like a laggy performance or a software which wasn't statisfying.
But with the HTC One there's absolutely nothing to complain. Blazing performance, good sound, and the first time a software which forms a symbiosis with the beautifully crafted hardware.

This is by far the best device out. It has a great camera and the build quality is amazing if the camera was at least 8 megapixels it would be 100% perfect.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by GaryB Very slow web access
I don't understand how all these other reviewers are happy with their phones. I got an HTC One from Verizon. It's a beautiful design and feels great, no doubt. But I immediately started having problems. Web browsing access - one of the main things I use the phone for - is extremely slow. It would take literally seconds for every touch to bring up a web page. Worse, there is no feedback when you touch - I repeatedly found myself wondering "did I touch the link or not?" Also, I listen to a lot of MP3 and streaming podcasts. I tested it: it took literally one minute to bring up my favorite podcast. I did it repeatedly. I took it back to Verizon and exchanged it for the Samsung Galaxy S4 and am pleased to report I am much happier with the S4.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by JazzMasterZEE The best phone ever!
I have used this phone for 6 months and I have got a silver one 32gb. The screen is so fast and sharp it is amazing and it is fully hd. The camera has a ultrapixel camera and it is so good in low light. the boom sound by beats audio is amazing it is the best sounding phone of 2013. It has the nice aluminum feel and it is super light! I think it is the best phone of 2013 and maybe for even 2014 if it is lucky not upgrading so for about 2 years

Rated 5 out of 5Â by rosen Simply beautiful
The design is the most beautiful I have seen. This and the good specifications were the reason to buy it.
The HTC BlinkFeed is great and offer good daily start with good personal setup options.
The phone perform fast with no delays. I am playing some games with stunning graphics with no problems.
The camera is taking great photos on low light and focus great, but the images are not so detailed as other phones. Also the camera app interface is not to my liking.
Also the phone came with some preinstalled applications(some Asian chat and music services) that can not be removed only disabled.
HTC Car app is great but you can use only HTC Location and Google Maps as navigation option and I can not set the navigation option I like.
The battery life is ok, but not great and I would prefer bigger battery even if the phone was thicker.
The sound and mic is absolutely great when listening a music and when making calls on speaker.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by laurenny85 Love my HTC One
I am a previous iPhone user. After a lot of research, I really liked what I was finding out about this phone and I really liked it hands-on in the store. I decided to take the leap and I am really glad I did. This phone takes the things that I loved about my iPhone (design and ease of use) and adds to it the some of the things I felt were missing (opportunity to customize/personalize and a bigger screen).
Hands on this phone is great.
I will say the battery life is not my favorite feature of the phone - having said that, it is not bad AT ALL and will certainly get you through a day given the right level of usage. Everything else I have nothing but praises for - camera is really good - I don't know about the ultra vs mega pixel debate - I like using the camera on the phone and get good pictures and that's good enough for me - Zoe is a really fun feature too. The phone is beautiful to look at, nice to hold, easy to use, and sounds awesome with the front facing speakers. I would recommend this phone to anyone - especially those looking to move away from the iPhone.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by tif1607 Just gotta love the phone
I had the phone just over a week now, it is by far the best phone I ever had, the camera is sharp, Zoe is great with moving snap shots, amazingly fast and never had an issue with too many apps slowing down the phone, easy to operate and great boom stereo, very stylish full aluminium body, although I really preferred exchangeable battery which I found that the battery life seems to be not long lasting as it should be. It is a 9.5 out of 10 for me, I am so gonna get another one for my wife to replace her iphone.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by JayValle Great Phone if it works for you.
With so many choices out there, deciding on the HTC one was a bit difficult. Coming from the iPhone, you think to yourself. What can be better than an iPhone? All phones have their own Pros and Cons. The HTC one does have more Pros than cons. The feel is great. The screen is wonderful to look at. The speed is fast. Unless your a power user and are planning to take over the world with your phone. You won't need anything faster. OS is an OS. Like all OS, you need to learn it by using it. Practice makes perfect. I could go on and on about what’s great about the phone. Here are the cons: Battery can be better.
With all the demands we put on these phone the HTC holds up well. The power button placement takes time to get use to. Syncing your phone with your Mac will also take some time. Overall. HTC One is a Great Phone. If you enjoyed your time with your IPhone, all good things come to an end. For once, the grass is greener on the other side.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by marshallplace Great experience, beautiful device...
So a little bit about me so you know my background with these types of devices and tech in general. I'm an IT consultant. I work for a MSP so we see lots of mobile devices get connected to our client's email and work with these devices first hand, as we have adopted a BYOD policy. I have used an iPhone 3G, Nexus S, and am now on the HTC One. My first time seeing an Android HTC device was my sister's Evo 4G. I have to say, I didn't really care for this phone. The Sense UI wasn't as polished as it is now, and the screen and hardware wasn't to my standards for a device. Fast forward a few years, I spotted the HTC One in some tech reviews and noticed the device getting a lot of good buzz. I almost didn't give you a second look as the brand recognition was confusing with previous models. The One series has fixed this and a lot of my gripes about Sense, and device quality both hardware and aesthetics. I believe you have hit the mark with the HTC One, and have created a loyal fan out of me. The speakers on this phone are really second to none on the market. The screen is gorgeous and while there are other screens that compete on par, I really think you did a good job balancing great aspects that everyone is looking for resulting in an overall great device. Picture and video quality is exceptional, but the magic you have done with video highlights basically negates the fact that I am not running on stock Android. For that feature, Sense is well worth it. I like the design and look of this phone, it is really the most beautiful phone I have ever owned. The contact app in Sense is one of the best I have seen, in comparison to either stock Android or 3rd party. You really did a great job with this device, its a shame your earnings are down because I feel like since I have taken notice recently, you really are doing a lot of things right, both with making exceptional hardware and building a clearer brand. Keep up the good work.
