Rated 5 out of 5 Best HTC Phone i ever had.
This is my 4th HTC phone. It surprised me when i used it. i previously had Desire HD, Sensation, One X and now, my butterfly S. Stunning screen, good battery life (compared to my One X), Best battery life among all my other HTC phone. The boom speakers are excellent. a little "bassy" with beats on, unlike the previous phone i had.
The camera, although being only 4mp (ultra pixel) on paper, the photo i took easily outdone my One X. took a photo of my dog in the same room, same lighting and compared both and i was amazed. the low light performance was excellent.
With 4 history of HTC, i'll endorse and say, they never fail to surprise me with reliable and lasting hardware thus my love and support for HTC with 4 excellent phones.
A little bar down for look and feel for the plastic back being a fingerprint magnet. other than that, its all good!

My previous phone was Samsung Galaxy S3 and I tell you it was no better than Htc Butterfly S. When I first bought this I was like meh.... It's just the same smartphones, but no it was the best I've ever used. Htc is my choice and it is going to be yours too. Excellent boom sound, camera, battery and design. Keep up the good work HTC!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Yunn You will never go wrong with HTC Butterfly S
Just bought a Red set recently. Awesome battery life ! Can last me 2 days of average use. The stunning Red colour makes it look really classy and stands out from the other phones. The build of the phone feels great with a curved back which fits into my hand very well. However the camera might be slightly lacking due to the lower MP counts. But it is still able to take beautiful picture. Overall, Highly recommended ! (:

Rated 5 out of 5 It was the best smartphone I have ever seen after iPhone
I was a loyal Apple iPhone user before. When the HTC Butterfly s release, I fall in love on it immediately, although I was using the Apple iPhone 5 at that time. Once I get use with this brilliant smartphone, the first thing I thought is that the battery life, the HTC Butterfly s and the iPhone 5, they are both using a non - replaceable battery but the iPhone is using a better with 1440 mAH only but the HTC Butterfly s's one which is 3200 mAH. From my point of view, nowadays battery life is extremely important to smartphone user no matter you always stay outdoor or indoor. No matter how energy efficient the iPhone was but still can't compete with a 3200 mAH battery. Meanwhile, if you spend a moment to compare the battery statistics that released by Apple and HTC about iPhone and Butterfly s, you can see a huge difference already.
I would like to take this opportunity to say that I was a really loyal Apple iPhone user. I started using iPhone from iPhone 4 but finally I have chosen to buy this HTC Butterfly s. The strong battery life, Beats audio, UltraPixel Camera which can definitely compare with iSight camera, all these are just phenomenal.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by Speechless Disappointed on the Battery Life But Otherwise a Good Phone
I would consider myself an average user. Consider this: ~30min. on Facebook, ~30min. checking email, <20min. on calls, <20min. surfing internet, WiFi off, bluetooth off, screen brightness at minimum, auto sync off, did not listen to music nor watch any video (streaming or from memory), no auto update widget on homescreen (weather update is off), ~45min. reading comic from memory card, <10 apps under "Running" apps, unplug power at 10am at 100% and after 10hrs at 8pm, power is dropped to <40%. So there is no way that it can last over 1 day of usage. I seriously doubt I can use a phone for 1 whole day and then take a pic of sunrise the next morning (as per TV commercial) unless I keep it on standby the whole day.
The main reason I bought Butterfly S is for its long battery life. Granted, it is better than many power-hungry smartphones in the market but just being better is not good enough if all the promotion, forums, reviews (GSMArena's result was that it can last 3 days if you use 1hr on each of 3G calls, surfing the net, and watch video per day), etc. point at how amazing its battery life is.
Other than that I have to say the phone is really quite good. It's fast, screen and sound are nice, and has microSD card slot for expansion. So if you are prepared to discipline yourself on usage then by all means go for it, otherwise, better to bring along backup power supply.

This phone has the best quality sounding phone ever produced on the market. The screen is truly beautiful and outstanding. Its battery life is also amazing, I can play games and text and call everyday and it will still have about 30% left :P Truly Amazing. HTC has done it again. :D

Rated 5 out of 5Â by HKSmartphoner Excellent phone
Impressive screen with Sense UI is intuitive and easy to use. For a 4G phone with 5 inch full HD display, battery is one of the big concerns but this phone can work over a day for me. I am fully satisfied with its long lasting capability.
Just a bit worried if HTC will offer continuous upgrade on the Android OS. It would be a prefect phone if HTC can continue the android OS upgrade for at least 2 years.
