Download BlackBerry Connect Desktop Tool to setup your email using BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES). Next, download the latest BlackBerry Connect client to start using BlackBerry email services.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Download the BlackBerry applications from the "Download" section on the bottom of the page.
  2. Make sure your device is connected to your computer via a USB cable.
  3. Start the BlackBerry installation by double-clicking on the file.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the Connect Desktop Tool “ActiveSynchInstaller4.0.0.22.zip“ to your computer and the Connect client “BBConnect_WM6_Professional_BB_4[1].0.0.106.exe” onto your device.

* Note
1. Please back up your data first before installing the software.
2. Please close all programs on your PC/laptop when running the installation utility.
3. The device will reboot automatically after upgrading.

* If you perform a hard reset of your device, you need to reinstall the application after the hard reset.
