Here are some battery saving tips:
1. Turn off the display when you're not using it.
2. Reduce screen brightness under your specific visual habit

4. Turn on the battery saver option. To access the battery saver option:
• Please tap START.
• On the Start screen, slide to the left.
• Tap battery saver.

1. Connect your phone to your computer.
2. Copy your custom ringtones to the Ringtones folder on your phone.
3. Disconnect your phone from the computer.
4. On your phone, press the START button. (The START button is the Windows icon at the bottom center below the screen.)
5. On the Start screen, slide to the left.
6. Tap Settings.
7. Tap ringtones+sounds.
8. Tap Ringtone, and you will see the audio file under the Custom category.

There are several ways you can transfer contacts to your phone.
1. Windows Live/Hotmail: Windows Live/Hotmail contacts are imported to your phone after you sign in to your Windows Live Account. You can also create more contacts right from your phone.
2. Social network accounts: Log in to your favorite social networks to import contact information from them.
3. SIM card: Copy all your SIM contacts to your phone.
4. Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync: You can syncs your work contacts from the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync Server in your workplace.

To find the serial number of your phone, you can check one of the following:
1. If your phone has a removable battery, remove the back cover and take the battery out. There's a sticker on the inside that shows the IMEI/MEID.
2. If it's non-removable battery device, check SIM tray.
