Can I install my own applications on the phone?

The handset only supports applications from the Marketplace. You may download applications by using Marketplace.

A:
The handset supports A2DP and AVRCP Bluetooth profiles.

Does the built-in browser support Adobe Flash?
A:
Internet Explorer currently does not support Adobe Flash.

What are my phone's specifications?
A:
Your phone's specifications can be found in your User Manual in the Specifications section near the end of the manual. You may also check the Products tab on our website, then choose your phone model and click specifications.

How do I share my 3G Internet to my laptop?
A:
The handset currently does not support any form of modem tethering to other devices.
Q:
Why does the phone heat up when I’m charging the battery or when I’m making long calls?
A:
When using your phone for prolonged periods of time, such as when you’re talking to the phone, charging the battery, browsing the web or using navigating software, the device may become warm. In most cases this is normal and therefore should not be interpreted as a problem with the phone.

Will I lose all my calendar events, contacts and email if I have to perform a factory reset?
A:
Yes, you will lose your data on the phone. You may back up your data to avoid losing it.

How do I synchronize my phone with my Google account?
A:
You can setup your Google account to sync email and contacts with your handset. To setup your Google account, please press START > All apps > Settings > Email & accounts > Add an account > Google.

How can I back up my SMS?
A:
Please search for 3rd party software that will have this functionality. You can search using Marketplace by tapping START > All apps > Marketplace. Search using the keywords SMS back up.

How do I setup multiple numbers on a single contact?
A:
To add multiple numbers (mobile, work, home) to a single contact, please press START > All Apps > People. Next, press and hold a contact that you want to add multiple numbers to, then tap Edit > Add phone, and then enter the number in the phone number field. Tap Phone number type, select the type from the list, then tap Done. Tap Save to finish.

To create a new contact with multiple numbers, please press START > All Apps > People > Add. Set the name, phone (can have more than one number) and other details and then tap Save.
