There are 2 ways to setup a ring tone for incoming calls.
1. Press MENU on the Home screen, then tap Settings > Sound & display > Phone ringtone. Tap the ring tone you want to use on the list, and then tap OK.
2. You can also use MP3 as a ring tone. To setup MP3 as your ringtone, please use the micro USB cable to connect the phone to a USB port on your computer. The Connect to PC dialog box displays and prompts you to choose Disk drive > Done. Your phone’s SD card is mounted as a drive on your computer. You can now copy MP3s to the SD card.
A. If you would like to use the whole mp3 as your ringtone, please follow these steps.
Using your PC, create a folder in your SD card named "ringtones" under media > audio folder, then put the music files in "ringtones" folder. On your PC, in your SD Card , please create a folder named "ringtones" under media > audio folder, then put the music files in this folder.
The phone will automatically display the files in Phone ringtone list. Please unmount your SD card then press MENU on the Home screen, tap Settings > Sound & display > Phone ringtone. Tap the ring tone you want to use on the list, and then tap OK.
B. Alternatively, you can use only a specific portion of a song as a ringtone.
From the Home screen, tap All apps > Music > select the song you want as your ringtone > Set as ringtone. Then select Trim the ringtone. Drag the sliders to indicate the beginning and end of the section you want to set as your ringtone, then select Set as. Select either Phone ringtone or Contact ringtone. If you selected Contact ringtone, then select the contact or contacts you wish to assign the song to, and tap Save. The song will now be the ringtone for your selection.
To change your signature on the default email application in HTC Sense, please press All apps on the Home screen > Mail > MENU > More > Settings > General settings > Signature to edit your own signature.
To change your signature in your Gmail account please press All apps on the Home screen > Gmail > MENU > Settings > Signature to edit your own signature.
NOTE 1: All apps is the icon on the lower left triangle on your home screen that opens the phone's application menu.
NOTE 2: The email program on your phone is different from the Gmail application and thus has different settings.

To adjust the Wi-Fi Sleep policy when you're using Wi-Fi, please press MENU on the Home screen, then tap Settings > Wireless & networks > Wi-Fi settings > press MENU > Advanced > Wi-Fi sleep policy. From this menu you may choose the following options:• After 15 min• Never when plugged in• NeverNOTE: For the best battery performance, use the shortest convenient timeout option.
The phone supports the following Bluetooth Profiles: Bluetooth Headset, Handsfree, A2DP, FTP and AVRCP profiles, as well as other standard profiles.
You can backup SMS to the SIM card, please press All apps > Messages > tap a SMS to view the message thread, long press the message that you want to backup on your SIM, then tap Copy to SIM > OK. You will see a SIM card icon in the right of the message thread after SMS saved.
NOTE : The storage of SIM card is depended on your mobile operator.
You may setup an extension number by typing "P" plus the extension number after the phone number. Please press All apps > People > tap and hold the contact you want to edit, tap Edit contact and then tap the number you want an extension number added to. Type "P" after the number and add the extension number.
To create a new contact with multiple numbers, please press All apps on the Home screen > People > MENU > Add contact to add a new contact, then tap Add > Phone. Enter the number you want an extension number added to. Type "P" after the number and add the extension number.

To add multiple numbers (mobile, work, home) in a single contact, please press All apps > People > long press a contact that you want to add multiple numbers to, then tap Edit contact > Add > Phone, and then select a phone type to add a new contact number . Tap the number into the box and when you are finished, tap Save.
